I found it on Toysrus website so do you think it's out in stores now? Last time I went to Toysrus I found a couple of Classsics voyager Jetfires.

If you find him, buy him. He is out of stock on the website though. I have only seen one at the store and I bought him.

Yes, he is $30...$10 too many. He should be $20, like the Voyagers.

Friggin' rip-off, greedy TRU.

Just to double-check... is that the Soundblaster repaint with Laserbeak and Ravage? Because as soon as I have money again, I want that. Especially since I don't have Ravage anymore, and my Laserbeak is cobbled together from broken parts...

both are worthwhile purchases.
Classics Jetfire is an awesome toy.
The reissue Soundwave that was released recently is also very good especially if you don't own a previous version of Soundwave.
Pick them both up if you can.

I like the bigger door. The ability to fit two cassettes into him is awesome.

The local Toys R Us here sucks. Not a very good selection. Lucky!

I got mine last month. And most of the re-issues are about 30 bucks. If you want to wait and hope to get lucky, they will go down in price. I got a re-issue one time that was on clearence for 3.99. I know when the seekers were out, they were like 39.99. Re-issues aren't cheap, but I think they're worth it. If you find a Soundwave, get it. Cause they are hard to find. Mine was hidden behind some movie toys. I had just happened to find him. 2 wks later, my roommate found some and got 2. He gave one to my boyfriend.

They are/were a TRU exclusive here in Australia as well. Cost AU$49.99 and have been out for close to 3 months now. Some TRU's have plenty of them, others have none.
It comes in a classics figure themed box, that when you open the cover of the box, a pop out Soundwave figure emerges.
If you cant find any in store, and that TRU will not ship it in for you from another store, be prepared to pay plenty for it, Re-issue Soundwave's were selling for over AU$80 on ebay, while there were still plenty in stores.

I actually went to their site about two weeks ago on my dad's blackberry. To my surpise it said that Soundwave was in stock. So without hestiation I added it to my basket. The only problem? He didn't actually go in. I called the site's help number was basically told this.
"We have no stock of that toy yet but we are expecting a shipment of it within the next week."
I was overjoyed. As far as I know though there has been no restock. I'll try to keep everyone posted though.

I opened up SOundwave last night and I love him. Man it takes me back to my childhood. Ok so I noticed that he came with decals but no instructions as to where the decals are to be applied. Did anybody else have this problem? Is there anywhere I can be directed as to find these instructions? I know Hasbro lets you order decals through their website for Star Wars vehicles I have. Is it the same thing for Transformers?

Seems much better than the $80 that the Japanese reissue was going for.
