RID Scourge vs. Takara D-012 Black Convoy, Any differences? Which should I buy?

Title says it all. I want one, and have just missed auctions for both. Is there any difference between the two? If anyone has a picture of them side by side, I would love to see it. Any opinions on which one is the best to buy? Takara's usually seem to be better, and it is actually a little cheaper right now, if you catch them at the right time.
Help a brother out.

Takara verison has G2 Autobot symbols upside down on shoulders instead of Decepticon symbols. Takara version has pink windows instead of blood red. Same for the sword. The discs in the launcher on the Takara version has faction symbols. Hasbros doesn't.

Also the Teal paint on the truck cab is slightly different on both.
If you can get it, go for Scourge, if not then Black Convoy is almost as good.

I've got the Japanese version, never realised it had different coloured windows... pink, ghey
and the up side down G2 Autobot symbols mean he's a renegade.
Awesome TF all the same, I got a MIB one for chump change - auctions rule.

Get the Black Battle Convoy. Its superior to the Scourge in every way possible. One of my top 3 favorite Transformers ever.

The other difference between the two is that black convey doesn't have a huge decepticon symbol on his door when he is in truck mode.
