is there any chance that hasbro will release all the G1 characters? i know there are some exclusive high priced botcon releases but how about they release all of them at a reasonable price? the classic deluxe toyline is totally awesome...

the simple answer is no. they will never release fortress maximus because of his size. some of the molds are lost and some are too flimsy(i.e. mirage's waist).

No way, there's over 300 G1 figures spanning 7 years. But we will be getting some cool one! I know they want to make every Triple Changer.

Although it makes for a nice daydream, never gonna happen. In the time it amassed, there were a ton of figures produced. And like NS said, big figures like Fort Max or Metroplex will never again see the light of day simply because of their size. Others (stated by Getter) like Mirage or Wheeljack CAN'T be re-issued because their molds have been damaged beyond repair. Then there are those that were never even liscensed by Takara, Kenner, or Hasbro to begin with, like Shockwave, Omega Supreme, or Jetfire. No Dinobots either, Takara claims to have 'lost' the molds. Even if all the molds that are left are usable & are owned by Hasbro or Takara, there's no chance of any of them getting re-issued because it wouold cost too much money & people would only buy a certain Figure. It'd be like re-issuing Megatron in the US & then Powerglide. Who do you think people will buy more of? Then Hasbro discovers they wasted X amount of money re-issuing Powerglide. There's a system to this stuff.

i see... that's really disappointing, yeah i know that some figures aren't worth that good or people will not buy it, but still, i'm hoping that hasbro will have a change of heart for serious G1 collectors like myself out there

Nah they won't. Only the popular G1 Transformers.
