And we have yet another broken Transformer.

A moment of silence, please, for your leader movie prime ... may he rest in pieces with my broken Bumblebee and the scores of other broken movie toys produced this year.

Amen

well if you glue it back together it will just get stuck. Try using blue tac or something.

Just tell them it is broken and you'd like to exchange it for a new one. Tell the truth - you bought a defective product. Of course, you will need your receipt.

Say the toy has abnormally tight joints and it broke.

I would just take it back and say that there was damage to the product from shipping or manufacturing. Normally they will just give you the refund or let you pick out another.

That's all you gotta do. Just don't get specific about what was wrong. If they ask, tell the truth.

Yes you were. There is no paint there since that part is simply molded in color. The heel must first come out a little before rotating it. It does not take that much force to turn it.

Just take it back to TRU. Don't tell them anything. Just say "I want to return this for an exchange". When they ask for the reason, just say, it was broken in the box. They'll probably have a look on their face, but they will exchange it for you. No fuss, no muss.

Next time, make sure his heel spur is away from his grille/lights before you rotate it. Just give it a little jiggle, and when you see a gap open up, the gently turn.

Knowing is half the battle...GI JOE!!! Oops, wrong toy series...

Warm and fuzzy, aren't ya?

We're all guilty of this at one time or another.

Lol I hope not. If you still have them maybe put them back, but if you've already thrown them already I don't think it's a big deal.
