Typical Deluxe scale Car-former: Between 1/32 and 1/36
Typical Deluxe scale plane: Between 1/90 and 1/120 depending on aircraft and overall size

Transformers Scale ProjectLots of actual measuring/scaling to get a more accurate scale, though unfortunately the first post doesn't cover everything within the thread.
