How similar are the Takara Encore G1 re-issues to the standard Takara re-issues?

I'm strongly considering picking up some of the upcoming Takara Encore G1 re-issues but I'm curious to know if anyone knows if they will be pretty much identical to the first Takara re-issues (same accessories, molds, etc;...) or will they be fairly different? Just curious if someone can tell me more about them about them.

From the pictures I've seen, I think they will be just your standard reissues. They don't have the bells and whistles of the book reissues.

As far as I'm aware Soundwave has chest capacity for one tape, and Prime and Megs don't get their axe and mace.

On the Digital toys site, it says that new molds were used for some parts.

They seriously MUST reissue Ramjet, Thrust, Cyclonus, Sunstreaker, Wheeljack and Springer in this line.
They just gotta do it!

If you look at the photos, Starscream has his "original" dark blue fists, missiles, feet - not the "anime accurate" lighter blue ones from the re-issue.
Also, he has a yellow cockpit shield, not a darker, smokey one!
So, is this right?

I preordered Soundwave since he has that single tape capacity and the book box reissue costs an arm and a leg. I already have book box Prime, and Megs so I'm good.
