Is this a KO Dark of the Moon Megatron?

I'm looking to buy a Dark of the Moon Megatron. I found this on ebay
http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Dark-of-the-Moon-Transformers-4-Megatron-Movie-ACTION-Figure-Voyager-NEWEST-/311372979110?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item487f469ba6The price is actually good, but I'm wondering if it could be KO? If it is KO, is it worth getting? Is the plastic good enough?

At first sight I'd say no but... if you look at the image with all 5 bots I've spotted anomalies:
- Bumnblebee and Starscream appear to be the same size as the rest. They should both be one size smaller
- Optimus Prime has a weapon (that Battle Blade) the original toy does not come with.
That screams KO to me.

Yeah this is a KO, I have one and it's not too great. Plastic is thin and his joints are quite floppy so there's not a lot of play value. I still like him because he looks cool, I just can't do anything with him.

Thanks guys, yeah it felt fishy. There is one on Amazon.com but shipping internationally is the price of the figure.

If it's something you Want to use as just a display piece then I'd say grab it because it's cheap. If you actually want to do something with it then grab a real one
