It starts on the 14th and ends on the 20th.

On sale are:
Deluxes, $11,97 instead of $14.99.
Voyagers, $22.97 instead of $29.99.
Cyber Slammers, $8.97 instead of $12.99.
Robot Heroes, $6.97 instead of 8.99.
Barrel Roll and Big Rig Blasters, $32.97 each instead of $39.99.
And the Super Soaker, $29.97 instead of $34.99.

Hear that Canada, get off your duff this weekend and get out there buying Transformers!

This sucks, as my wife will be in Halifax tomorrow and then not again until August.. missing another TRU sale yet again.. *sniff*.. and I so wanted the Voyagers.

On a somewhat related note, does anyone know how distribution works in Canada? I'm looking at the Botcon site and notice all these exclusives for US chains that don't exist here. Is it a free for all in Canada, or do we miss out entirely? I'm a bit curious about the G1 movie releases.

We'll get the Walmart exclusives in Canadian Walmarts, but we never get any Target exclusives anywhere other than the specialty and comic shops which smuggle them up. *Sigh* And I wanted those Jazz and Starscream repaints too..

The G1 Movie repaints? Well, unless there's a Target near you, you're pretty much screwed. You might be able to find them at a specialty store like Hoistimus mentioned, but their prices might be inflated.

Also, it depends on where you live. I live in Quebec, so I will most likely not see the Walmart exclusives which the rest of Canada gets since they don't bother to translate the packages.

If you want to play it safe, check out the Buy/Sell/Trade Forum and see if anyone can help you. Either that or make a border run sometime.

Aw, that's pretty disappointing. I guess I could check out the Snail, that place is pretty good about not inflating prices too much. Thanks for the info.

Lucky, my Toys R Us still has only wave 1 stuff... no Swindle, no Bonecrusher, nothing.

Ironic how my TRU was among the first to get the movie toys, but it's among the last to actually get the subsequent waves of newer figures...

Well, the argument started because of money so I'd be treading on very thin ice...

I'm all about being worldly and having my own interests, but I'm also quite fond of the possibility of my girlfriend speaking to me within the next few days.

She's cool about my hobby, she just bought me the Blackout 2-pack over the weekend, it's just that right now is not the best time... However I have been planning to take advantage of a sale like this and I do have Transformers-specific savings, so I guess I'll see how things are by the weekend.

In NJ I saw the deluxes for only $7.99 at TRU, and a free RealGear with purchase of $25 or more.

To bad I already got pretty much everything I want from wave 1.
