where is fortress maximus?
Too big for the chart, methinks.
is this scale for toys or the tv/comic? if the latter fort max shouldnt be that much bigger than omega supreme
Fort Max was gigantic in both the U.S. and Japanese cartoons.
no metroplex was gigantic! how is cerebros who is no bigger than optimus prime form the head of a robot bigger than metroplex? would be a very tiny head
Scale. It does not apply, especially with city bots. Fort Max and Metro were pretty much the same size.

Size changing. The cartoon did it all the time.
This is how big Fort Max was:
Notice how teeny all the normal-sized TFs appear to be when compared to Fort Max.

And here's his size in the Japanese cartoon:
You also forgot the image reference from a magazine you posted a few years back. Metroplex was like barely reaching Fortmax's knees.
Ya'll can thank the Red Cross for their copyright ownership of the red plus sign Ratchet used to have, hence why nowadays most Ratchet toys (of any continuity) use alternatives like electrocardiogram designs instead.
Speaking of this, notice the electocardiadogram seen in Ratchet's chest window in some of these shots? (like the one where Ratchet is repairing Ironhide) Well, that's the one accessory this figure comes with that isn't a G1 cartoon homage, since Ratchet never had one of those on his chest window in the cartoon.
However, another Ratchet did have one of those on his chest window: Animated Ratchet! So, after MP Road Rage's color scheme, it looks like this is the second Animated homage that Takara has put into a MP G1 figure. Neat.
I still find it amazing how Takara managed to get such a show accurate robot out of something as bulky as a van. It's witch-craft I tell you, witch-craft.
Both him and Ironhide are my most anticipated figures of 2016. I can't wait to have them both in hand.
