Ok he states this could be a replica ore a kitbash, now ther are more of them, Prime, Magnus Nemesis Prime but I'm more intrested in what it is.
Is it a wird exclusive ore a cool KO?

That be a KO. A poor KO not worth the dabloons it was created with. 99 Cents is what the local merchants are selling it fer. Thar was a thread on it a while back. Thar also be a full article on it in another land, but in my rum induced happyness, I forget the link.

It's a cheap weird KO. That are sold in Dollar Tree stores 'round here. There is a cheesy push button that makes sounds. However, everyone that I have checked, either the battery is dead or maybe never even put in, so I don't know what sound they make. There is alos a green and black/grey one.

The robot is crap, you have to remove the arms to transform him into truck mode.
However the Axe and gun, have the standard peg size. So any Unicron Trilogy toy can hold them.
For 99cents, the weapons alone are good deal. You can throw the robot away.
