Any possible way to repair???

I have a Masterpiece Skywarp with a problem.
On one of the horizontal stabilizers, the clip that holds the stabilizer has broken off. Is there any way to fix this? I don't have the piece, but I'm hoping someone here has experienced this sort of thing before and can tell me what to do. I'll admit I am a novice, but I am willing to try anything. Thanks!
