Need to have more information about Movie Voyager Ratchet

Well the title says it all. My mum has put this on lay buy, and I am getting it out in a few days time... or maybe even tomorrow... and he looks awesome but what I have seen.

So I just got a few questions :

1. In the Movie Ratchet has a Mini-Gun and is firing alongside with Ironhide against a Decepticon (forget which one) So I was wondering as the toy does Ratchet have a Mini-Gun? Because in FAB's he does.

2. Is he really hard to Transform?

3. Is he good quality?

Thanks for your help :)

No minigun, Dissapointing. He would be difficult, if there were no instructions. You shouldn't have too much trouble, his joints aren't too stiff. I have had no problems with mine at all, so quality is definitely good

As others have said, no minigun. But don't let that deter you from picking up what is otherwise a great figure! The transformation is very "clean" and simple compared to other voyagers. Everything fits into place well and the directions are actually useful. His alt mode is also pretty cool IMO. He's big (the biggest of the first 4 voyagers I think), solid, and fun to play with - pretty posable. Definitely pick him up, you won't regret it.

Ok thanks for your help guys, damn it sucks how he has no Mini-Gun, but his claw will make a great weapon against my brothers Blackout ^_^

Actually he does have a gun.

It said so on the box, and was omitted from the instructions, but once I saw the movie and the roleplay gun that's coming later this year (like the Prime and Starscream ones)

Pull out the ax, but instead of opening it, let it rest on the back of his hand. You'll even see the "hammer" of the gun.

Once you try it (or anyone else) you'll see what I mean.

If you have a picture of that could you give it to me?

I'll try.

Got 'em.

NOTE: This was impromptu, and with bad lighting, so it's not perfect. I did however outline what it's supposed to look like.

And this picture shows that you can attach the roof rack to his back so it looks like it does in the movie.

I apologize for the picture quality (6.1 megapixel, no less. =\ ) and the size. I have no idea how to resize. I never have.

I got Ratchet yesterday - I don't like him :P

Every panel is a different and uglier shade of green, he has big fat almost featureless legs, heaps of screw heads visable from the front, no gun... and no a folded up tomahawk does not equel a gun even if it has a "hammer".

And the head sculp is shabby.

Even though I hate this toy, Ratchet was great looking in the movie.

You may not think so, but it does work.

I do think this is what they meant on the box, but omitted in the instructions.

What I'm saying is, I don't care if it's intended to be a gun - because if it is it's a pathetic excuess for a gun.

I wouldn't be the least bit surprised.

Hey, pathetic weapons have been pulled before. Oh yeah.

Some of the past TF figures have gimmicks or weapons that make you say "what?!"
