Indeed, Amazon is a great place to pick up Takara figures. The TAV line has had some good deals on and off for some time now. I picked up Road Block, Frumbles, Swoop and Bloody Knockout at great prices just recently all with free shipping.

The legend series are on the daily stalk right now as well. The prices are still high, but some are starting to drop.

I'm still holding out for Bakudora myself.

This is the best way to see what figures are more popular. It seems to be that the toys that dont appear on the show get the bigger discount.

HTS has a price drop on most of the Generations line? The only exceptions are the CW boxed sets, CW Blades, and those items no longer in stock. It looks to be about 20%, but even the Leaders are discounted so people can now get CW Ultra Magnus for $36 American. You can pretty much tell which ones are sold out now because they are still at regular price like Shockwave, First Aid, and Air Raid.

Fellow Seibertronians Depthcharge27 and Mr Skram have dropped us a line to let us know of the latest HasbroToyShop sale, just in time for summer! As you might guess, the Summer Sale does not cover all Transformers items, but a fair few Combiner Wars figure are - and most notably, the Leader Class figures are down to $34.99 each. If you're still missing something, or a looking to double dip before Titans Return, now may be your moment.

I sent this info to Seibertron.com over a week ago. Since it was never posted I thought that it wasn't important. At least someone received credit for it.

Haha, I had not realized that the only toy from a few years ago to still be available on amiami is Tankor. I guess no one wants that toy to the point that they are selling him at more than half off:

HA, I spotted Tankor and Rattrap at a Walmart in the town I'm working at this week.

I considered picking Tankor up, but passed.

If you can get him for less than 10$ I say why not.

No they wanted full price for him and he wasn't Sky Lynx, so I kept walking. I was making groceries that night.

I don't now if anyone has checked out HLJ's Summer Sale but they have some awesome deals on a lot of stuff including TFs, most notably-
TAV Megatronus, Fracture, and Quillfire for about $12
Masterpiece Road Rage for about $36 (not the lowest but still pretty good)
UW Menasor for around $77
Masterpiece Optimus for $123
UW Devastator for $129
There are a lot more too but those are some of the big ones. All of these prices are in USD by the way.

HLJ has a store wide summer sale, Fellow Seibertronian SureShot18 gave us a nice breakdown of the best deals to be found. Click here to get to the site and find these deals if you are interested. Please remember that this is a Japanese retailer and so the shipping price and importing charges (there are none in the states though) can be extra factors to consider in the final cost.

Was just checking these out. Thinking of getting Fracture and Megatronus and maybe grab some of the really cheap Choro-Q figures.

Didn't think this would be newsworthy but it's cool that it was. I'm definitely going to pick up Megatronus. Fracture, and Quillfire at that price. I was fine with Hasbro's but getting Takara's for a little less or equal to Hasbro's sounds like a pretty good deal.

It sure would be nice if an American retailer would put Transformers on sale. I got excited today because Walmart had red tags on the Transformers pegs, but all of the prices were unchanged. :( I tried scanning the prices to be sure and they were still normal. The ones with the tags were Generations Legends, RID Minicons, and those self transforming RID figures. Might be worth keeping an eye on in case the prices do come down.
