Chromed out 2007 Movie Leader OP for less than the ten years' ago MSRP, that's bananas! Seriously, I recommend giving that one a shot for that price if you weren't around back then. Those first Movie toys were a different animal. A much more fun animal.

It looks like most of these deals are back on for Cyber Monday too.

Probably the best of these deals is the Titans Return Arcee & Ultra Magnus, Titans Return Broadside, and the Titans Return Orion Pax with FOC Optimus Prime 2-Pack.

Nik Hero wrote:Amazon just dropped Titans Return Broadside down to $23 again. The Other deals below, like Titans Return Arcee for $29 and Titans Return Optimus Prime & Orion Pax for $29 are still going on too!

Nik Hero wrote:I took advantage of the Target deal and bought Slug for $16.99 and got Swoop for $8.50. I wasn't able to find anything to take advantage of at Toys 'R' Us with their big sales. I have found a few good deals at Amazon however, since they posted their Black Friday Sales today. Mostly the same things they discount on their big sales, but here are a few links to some OK Black Friday Transformers deals:

$139 Transformers Generations Titans Return Titan Class Trypticon

$119 Transformers Generations Titans Return Titan Class Fortress Maximus

$98 Hasbro Transformers Generations Combiner Wars 2016 Liokaiser Platinum Edition Action Figure

$79 Transformers Platinum Edition "Year of the Goat" Exclusive Masterpiece Soundwave by Hasbro

$69 Transformers Generations Combiner Wars Victorion Collection Pack

$39 Transformers Platinum Edition Optimus Primal Figure

$39 Transformers Masterpiece MP-27 Ironhide KO Version by BestGrey

$34 Transformers Masterpiece MP-28 Rodimus Hot Rod KO Version

$32 Transformers Titans Return Arcee + Ultra Magnus + Leinad HASCON Exclusive Figure

$29 Transformers Deluxe Class Optimus Prime Autobot Legacy 2-Pack (Amazon Exclusive)

$29 Transformers Generations Combiner Wars Voyager Class Sky Lynx

$26 Transformers Generations Titans Return Decepticon Octone and Murk

$19 Hasbro Transformers Generations Combiner Wars Deluxe Protectobot Groove Takara Unite Warriors Version

$14 Transformers Generations Titans Return Titan Master Fracas and Scourge

$13 Transformers Generations Titans Return Triggerhappy and Blowpipe

$13 Transformers Generations Titans Return Deluxe Sergeant Kup and Flintlock

$13 Transformers Generations Titans Return Autobot Hot Rod and Firedrive

$13 Transformers Generations Deluxe Titans Return Autobots Throttle and Breakaway Action Figure

$11 Transformers Generations Deluxe Class Nightbeat Figure

$10 Transformers Generations Titans Return Autobot Twinferno and Daburu

$8 Transformers Generations Titans Return Roadburn

$8 Transformers: Generations Titans Return Legends Class Autobot Cosmos

$7 Transformers B1798AS0 Warpath Figure Combiner Wars

$3 Transformers Generations Alt-Modes Series 1 Figures

Again, nothing super-great, but at least it comes with free next day shipping if you have Amazon Prime. Prices change a lot on Amazon, so you might see these go up or down over the next couple days too.

I just snagged Optimus for $29.99. I look forward to getting it at that price. :KREMZEEK: :SG-BOTS:

Also...if you are looking to preorder POTP Dinobots...Amazon has Swoop and Slug available now with Prime shipping and sold by Amazon! There are other POTP offerings too...Hasbro stock has been limited and I've missed out. I actually got a whole set of Dinobots preordered yesterday from Amazon. Just type "power of the primes deluxe" or voyager or legends and they pop right up.

Walgreens seems to be running a 25% off sale on Transformers, at least the Generations line. If you can find their exclusive clone set you can save same scratch. The prices seems to be a YMMV kinda thing though, My list price was $18.99 and in a different state the list price was $17.99. The sale also seems to only trigger with a rewards card.

all credit to itscramtastic for the heads up

Happy hunting.

EDIT: Last year's exclusive Brainstorm is in-stock online and also 25% off.

Shame they pulled the listing for the clones online and we cannot search local inventory.

How shall we ever understand HasbroToyShop.com? They have wave1 posted (but out of stock) right away, the moment they start turning up at Target stores. But there are Titans Return figures, and entire waves of figures, that have never seen the light of day on HTS. How can they have figures from a brand new line up when they never had older figures from an older line with older waves? It had to have made sense to somebody or they wouldn't have done it...

was wondering if someone...anyone, can do me a huge favor....Next year, during the summer when PotP Predaking comes out, and I complain about not finding it at any B&M, or only spotting it a few times, remind me of THIS DAY, CYBER MONDAY...because some retailers online (Hopefully Amazon again) will have it for $99.

Looks like HTS is trying to unload all the chum that's been clogging their warehouses for over a year. Hopefully to stock the newer stuff in its place.

A little more info about what Walgreens has going on. According to the flyer in the news paper these deals go until 12/02.

25% off selected TFs and BoGo on select toys.

Steal of a Deal: 25% Off and Buy Two Get One Free on Selected Transformers at Walgreens

PostPosted: Mon Nov 27, 2017 7:42 pm
by Qwan
For any collectors waiting for a better deal on Transformers at Walgreens and who may have missed out on Black Friday sales, you may well be in luck thanks to tips from Seibertronians carytheone and ScottimusPrime! Until the 2nd of December, Walgreens is holding two different deals for selected products including some Transformers items. It is worth noting here that both deals are only available with a Walgreens rewards card, however.

The first deal is a simple 25% off select Transformers toys - the catalog depicts Rescue Bots, The Last Knight One-Step Changers, Titans Return Deluxes and Cyber Battalion figures; Cary and Scottimus have also both reported that the deal applies to the Walgreens-exclusive Titans Return Clones two-pack, and the similarly-exclusive Brainstorm is also available and discounted on their website. The need for a rewards card does not seem to apply to Brainstorm online - Walgreens is holding a similar site-wide 25% off promotion online during this same time period.

The second deal is a Buy-2-Get-1-Free offer on select "Children's or Plush Toys and Stuffed Animals", depicting a Rescue Bots Chase Epic figure. Both of these deals could well apply to other Transformers toys outside of what is depicted in the catalog, as well, but these are what seem to be confirmed so far.

Check below for the catalog pages, and images from Cary and Scottimus showing the deal's applicability to the Clones set. Share any thoughts in the Energon Pub forums, take advantage of these offers if you so desire (and if you have a Walgreens rewards card of course), and keep watching Seibertron.com for more deals and other news!

Well as Hasbro's main outlet, I always felt they were just all placeholder listings and completely unrelated to availability. They are just there to serve as the standard product listing and if there is stock available eventually, the listing is already there and they just have to activate it to show that there is stock. It may never come though. Walmart canada works similarly, but it makes more sense for HTS to work that way since they do establish the standard.

Problem is that HTS doesn't feel like hasbro's main site. They certainly don't take advantage of it like Mattel does with Matty Collector or other companies do with their own websites. HTS often feels like a second thought that only gets overstock.

Not sure if it was reported during Black Friday, but there was a $10 off $20 eBay coupon code floating around. I think it worked for some people who tried early in the day, but not for many, including me. I just checked my eBay inbox and noticed that eBay sent me a new $10 off $20 code yesterday and good until Wednesday. Apparently it was a technical glitch that didn't allow the use of the code on Friday. It's all good now, and I was able to use it to snag a TR Misfire at a decent price. So if you tried the code during BF and it didn't work, definitely check your inboxes if you haven't already.

I had been waiting for Black Friday to pick up Trypticon at the best price possible, but I missed him during the Amazon Lightning deal. The Cyber Monday price is certainly a nice consolation and I was able to snag one for $88 after tax and a few Amazon gift cards from Bing! Super happy with that price and hopefully it's a later version with all the issues fixed.

I think that was for specific users. I didn't get a code and couldn't find the code online anyplace.

The new code is definitely specific to me. But the old one was a generic one. I'm guessing eBay has a record of who tried it unsuccessfully and is sending them a new one, but can't confirm this. I learned of the old code from another forum and I know a lot of folks didn't have luck initially.

I do not know if anyone else had luck this morning on Hasbrotoyshop.com. I was able to get a Dreadwind this morning at 5:32 AM Central time for $13.74 shipped with 25% off and free shipping. The only other POP figure in stock at that time was Jazz. Jazz sold out soon after as I have been checking all morning for restock. I'm glad I snagged Dreadwind as he was only available from third party on Amazon. I did get a full set of POP Dinobots on Sunday from Amazon ordered. :BOT:
