Picked up an Impactor. Wasn't going to get him at full price since I have the 3-pack version. Had considered getting him while he was $15 on Amazon, but for $13.50 he was an instant buy. Now just waiting for the last Deluxe wave to drop in price. I'm really surprised Barricade has been selling so well, I was sure he was going to be a shelf warmer but he's selling out on Amazon and I rarely see him in stores. Guess I'll be paying full price for him.

This may interest some; the Cyberverse Alpha Trion is $14.95 on Walmart.com. It's a rollback price for a pretty neat figure. Here's the link:

Here is a small deal that I didn't realize I got. I recently picked up Gnaw at Walmart for $12. I used the WM app to scan it before heading to checkout, but I just assumed that was the normal price for this line/size class. Seems it's normally $15. YMMV, but it's a cool figure and worth checking out.

Funny you mention this. I stopped at a Walmart the other morning and found a Gnaw in the clearance section for $5.84. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be on clearance though. The card was ripped open and had been taped shut by Customer Service but it was complete and mint so I went for it. I'm just not sure if it was marked down due to being opened or just on regular clearance in that store. YMMV...

More than likely it was a return. In which case they're just put back on the shelves, the price depending on the condition of the packaging. Seen a SS Dropkick helicopter and Jetfire not tied down in their boxes, obviously returns, but still sold at full price.

Walmart.com : Transformers Generations 35th Anniversary WFC-S66 Classic Animation Megatron

Now if only Soundblaster's price would come down, which by the way is currently $28.87 :ic$:

Well a skeezy 3rd party seller is trying to get $50. Seems kind of crazy as all my WMs are over flowing with the 35th anny figures.

Steal of a Deal - Transformers Generations 35th Anniversary Megatron on Sale for $20.99 on Walmart.c

Thanks to a heads up from Seibertronian carytheone, we have news that the 35th anniversary voyager class Megatron figure is now on sale at Walmart.com for $20.99!

The 35th anniversary Megatron is a redeco of his original Siege toy, keeping his tank mode and overall appearance while swapping out his battle damage look for a cell-shaded cartoon appearance. Megatron shared this color scheme with his arch enemy, Optimus Prime, while the other 2 figures from the 35th anniversary figure were repaints that were new characters, Soundblaster and Bluestreak.

Megatron was originally available for $29.99 in Walmart stores, while his online price varied based on location of ordering. Walmart has now lowered the price online to $20.99, which is about a 30% discount. This will most likely only help you with an online order, since Walmarts have moved away from price matching their own online store.

Check out the deal, and let us know if you pick up this special Megatron below!

That's really something, none of the Walmarts around me got a single 35th figure. Heck, they barely have any Transformers period right now. Today all I saw at one store was what looked like a case of Siege Deluxe wave 4, a SS Leader Megatron, two Cyberverse Ultimate Grimlocks and a Megatron, and a pile of those cheap Titan Guardian figures that nobody ever buys, that's it. Only Transformers I saw on clearance was Soundwave and the tapes, not sure where everything else vanished to after Christmas.

My 2 local Walmarts have a couple of the 35th Anniversary figs at full price, tons of Bluestreaks at one (they'll go on Clearance before long), and G1 Vintage Soundwave at full price. But here's the kicker: they're in process of a seasonal reset, and there's space reserved for that Soundwave! I won't see them go Clearance for a good while...

Ooh, Soundblaster is down to 22.50, very tempting.

EDIT: SS Hightower is down to 9.87 - SS Helidrift is 11.87

EDIT2: instead of more edits, have an image of my results for "transformers 35th"

Gah! I just jumped on KSI sentry from Amazon for $22 earlier this week. Now to figure out whether trying to play the Amazon return game is worth it to save the extra $8.

Yep, it is.

Definitely CONGRATS! I was a stay-at-home Dad when I first joined Seibertron. It helped me get through a lot of it to be honest. Some days it was my only adult contact. (If you consider talking about toys adult. )

Stay-at-home parent is no easy task indeed! Whether you're a Father or a Mother. Good luck to you Caelus! You have certainly earned that Redwing. ;)^
