Buying off Amazon or Ebay?

Which site would you rather buy from?
In case you're wondering I am going to order a Cybertron Primus off one of these two sites. Does it make a difference to whatever choice I make?

I usually base my decision on pricing. I'll buy from whoever is cheaper.

why not get a new one from hasbrotoyshop.com for 24.99 bucks...oh and if you can get the price over 25 you can still get free shipping i think...Transformbk is the code I think...

I'm pretty sure Amazon doesn't ships Toys outside the US either.
I think you'll have to get it from ebay.
Or do what i did. I new i had to go to the states for an office meeting, so I ordered the Primus to the office address there from Amazon (he was very cheap) and picked him up there.
