You could try the Broadway TRU if you can get into Downtown, they usually have a very large selection... if not...maybe I could go check for you tomorrow. I don't have too much spare cash at the moment though.
If you're just looking for Blackout, Metro Superstore had a few last time I was there.

The Toys R Us in Lansdowne Center in Richmond had several in stock Wednesday afternoon. They're probably still there.
