Thanks to a post from DaimChoc Reports we've found a video review posted by Liu Brother Mode Play aka 刘哥模玩 on YouTube for the new Flame Toys Kuro Kara Kuri TF-02P Power Burst Version of the vile leader of the Decepticon Justice Division, the vile voice of venom, the destroyer of deserters the megalomaniacal Megatron fanboy, Tarn! This amazing figure comes with an eye catching metallic deep purple finish, his standard double barreled fusion canon (compensate much?) and a removeable facemask. The piece was limited to just 200 and is currently listed as 'sold out' at most on line retailers but keep your optics peeled you never know what curve balls Flame Toys may throw your way. Enjoy the view and share your thoughts in the forum. As always stay tuned to Seibertron for the ultimate in Transformers news.

Here's some additional official images of this masterful model kit - click on any of them to head to Flame Toys at Facebook.

100% agreed, a Furai Model Tarn would rock.

Also I really wish we'd get an original design Megatron like we did for Prime and Starscream. Those Trigger designs are really cool and I wanna see how Megatron would look through that "filter".

Agreed.

I am so stoked for their Devastator in this style, and the coming Beast Convoys

While this is nothing new and the kit is about a year old, just wanted to share this. While I have been searching certain stores for the kits that came out this year, I went in to a hobby store and they had OP, Nemsis Prime, Thundercracker, Starscream and Bumblebee. I had been stopping by Barnes and Noble stores but out of the blue i stop in this store and they had them. So this will be my first kit to put together, cannot wait.

Built by Bumblebee this weekend, and I have to say, he is my favorite kit so far. The hammer, the helicopter pack, the everything is great. He is really chonky too, a perfect little Bee boy.

Using the excavator scoop as a "knuckleduster" is absolute genius. I love the way this thing looks, it's Obari as all hell.

It's not that it looks bad, it's just... I guess I don't see Devastator needing to look so... sexy.

The funny part being that you could actually do that with the original toy. In fact, I thought that was the intended configuration way back when I was 6, but did Devy ever do that in any media?

Though thinking of the original toy makes those grape thunder-thighs all the more jarring, since it didn't exactly have distinct thighs, the way Scrapper and Mixmaster just snapped onto the lower wing.

This toy stands squarely in my will-never-own-in-a-million-years, but-still-very-happy-to-see-its-existence category!

Gotta say, I like Thundercracker more than Starscream. The colors are so much nicer on him

New Flame Toys Furai Action Line Announced

PostPosted: Mon Nov 18, 2019 3:33 am

One type of Transformers product that's not always seen a lot of notice is model kits. These are officially licensed items that are generally unassembled in the package, the draw being that you assemble and paint the figures yourself, much like Botcon Custom Clad figures of past years. However, unlike those Botcon figures, model kits aren't transformable figures, though they tend to make up for that by being highly detailed.

Flame Toys is one of the biggest makers of licensed model kits, and earlier this evening on Facebook, they announced a new line called "Furai Action", which are intended to cater to fans who like the look of model kit figures, but can't always spend the time to assemble and paint them. This new line will be shipped with the figure already assembled and painted in the box, with premium paint jobs and figure stands, so you can pose and enjoy them right out of the box- if my understanding of their announcement is correct. Their first figure in this line will be an IDW styled Optimus Prime, who appears to come with three sets of hands and his ever trusty ion blaster.

While the announcement of preorders wasn't entirely clear, it appears that preorders will start soon, be taken until December 15th, and be released in February of 2020. No word yet on pricing.
So what do you think of this new line, especially if you're a fan of model kits? Let us know your thoughts on this new line below, and stay tuned for more exciting Transformers news on Seibertron!

Kinda neat! I'm more interested in the unassembled model kit versions but it's nice to see ready made versions available too.

Interesting concept. Takes half the fun out of it though, but at least they will hopefully be well painted

It looks pretty cool & I definitely dig the idea, but honestly I don't see anything that my MakeToys Striker Manus can't do, plus it can actually transform too.
