at the target I work at we've been getting a lot of the older waves and just got one box of wave 3 this morning. I dont know about calling at 2 or 3, they could be out when the store opens.

At 2 or 3!? Their flow team must suck.
I haven't seen any wave 3 stuff at my store either. We have Leader Megatron, and that's about it.
Thing is, if the store has any of the toys in the backroom, then they'll use that stock first before ordering a new case. Now that wave 3 is officially out, any further cases should be wave 3. However, we first have to exhaust the current stock. Meaning if no one buys the old figures, new cases won't be ordered.

I would not wait until 2 or 3. I would call right at 8:00 AM.
Beat everyone to the punch.
I checked 2 Targets, 2 TRUs, 3 Wal-Marts and nothing. Nada.

They should have the truck unloaded by 11-11:30 and whatever stock they can get out, out by 8 am. Plus, last I checked, Target wasn't supposed to look in the back for action figures/collectibles for customers.

That's why you need to call bright and early, make a fake voice, (like a grandfather or grandmother) and tell them you're looking for a birthday present for a grandchild and 9 times out of 10, they'll check and if they have it...hold it for you. Well, your "grandson" who will be coming to pick it up for you.
It's worked for me about 5 times.
ye i called

As I said in another thread, not only did one guy check the back for me but he held them for over an hour while I got there (it was in another town). Two Robo-Vision Primes.

We haven't gotten our restock here in town so I'm going to wait it out should see something come in a week there are quite a few empty pegs.
I did manage to find Brawl since it looks like its moved out of the deluxe rotation. I'd pick up those earlier wave figures since they won't be on the shelves once they sell. I still need to get Starscream then look for a voyager Megatron otherwise I'm good for a month or so until the case assortments change again.

I just went to two Targets and a Walmart. The shelves were completely barren. The only deluxe I saw was a Scorponok at one of the Targets and that was it. No leaders, only two Voyagers, both Ratchets.
I think I'm just going to forget about 08 Bumblebee for a week or two and try again then.
