Transformers stuff

Here's what I managed to figure out with Megatron's weapon pieces and Doomshot without directions or anything. They weren't kidding when the package said product may vary. Look at the front lower portion of Megatron and compare it to what's seen on the box. The one I have has two circles while the one in the picture on the box has one. I wonder what the one pictured on the box would be like as far as transformation into a tank goes.

What is the purpose of this thread? Because it seems to be pointless, like the last thread I locked and specifically said to not create another thread to replace it.

If it's a Titans Return figure, then I dunno, put it in the Titans Return thread?

Back in my day, when a snot-nosed attention-seeking brat ignored the instructions of an authority figure, he got smacked. >:oP.

1. You beat me to it.

2. That was directed at him, not you. But I see why it reads like it was towards you.

Does the fact that I put my diabetic health at risk to get to not only get this toy but to share news about Transformers sightings mean anything with others mean anything? I'm wanting to start a thread that's for a wide variety of Transformers, not just Titan Returns because someone may get in the mood to talk about TLK Transformers; and TR Transformers aren't gonna be the toyline forever. The Highbrow Transformer is one I want; and out of kindness, I let people know even though there's a certain someone who I won't mention that acts like I'm asking him to cut his own arm off when I ask for that Tfu website to be sent to me in a PM. What did ExiKaiser do earn news credits? That Highbrow is the only one that Walmart seemed to have in stock, but that didn't stop me from letting people know where to get it.

Let me reiterate Burn's point: each of those things you mentioned has its own thread, and you should post in those threads about each of those things.

That's your decision.
Personally? I would not put my health above a bunch of strangers on the internet.

I'm wanting to start a thread that's for a wide variety of Transformers, not just Titan Returns because someone may get in the mood to talk about TLK Transformers; and TR Transformers aren't gonna be the toyline forever.

And that's all fine and dandy, but given your first attempt at that often resulted in multiple conversations going on at once for various subjects, it would be best described as a "train wreck".

The Highbrow Transformer is one I want;

Then use the Buy, Sell, or Trade Transformers Toys sub-forum.

and out of kindness, I let people know even though there's a certain someone who I won't mention that acts like I'm asking him to cut his own arm off when I ask for that Tfu website to be sent to me in a PM.

And this is where you start pissing me off. For the record folks, he's talking about me. He sent me a PM asking me to link him to a website.

A website he said was on a specific page of another thread.

And as I said in the PM, I'm not your butler. No one on this forum is. Many have helped you out though, but frankly, when you say "can someone get me a link that was on page XX please?" then that's just lazy. Helping answer questions is one thing, retrieving information which you know where it is, is just taking advantage of peoples kindness.
(And if anyone else has received, or in the future receives similar PM's, by all means, you are well within your rights to report them if you feel they're unwanted.)

What did ExiKaiser do earn news credits?

Why does it matter? News credits are nothing special.
You want a news credit? Then you need to report news. When it comes to figures, it needs to be the first sighting of such a figure. If it's a figure that's been reported as already being found, then it's not news. Sightings are generalised, just to give folks the heads up that they're out there.
You'll also find a nice link right at the top of this page that reads "Submit News". That's the proper channel.

If you have any more questions regarding News, contact one of the News crew.

-edit-
If you don't want to go through the process of reporting sightings of what figure in what store (we have a really big database for it!) then you might find this thread to your liking. It's for posting about what TF's you've found out there, regardless of what line or year they're from.

As Rodimus Prime said, there is a thread for everything you want to do. You've demonstrated in the past on numerous occasions that you do NOT have a problem navigating this site. Find them, use them.

I want Highbrow, but not bad enough to see if anyone's selling him online when there are at least three stores in my area that have him.

It's not lazy to ask for a link to the Tfu website because I don't have the ability to jump to it with this phone. If I try, I get a 404 message, which means it won't work. I'm not asking you to be my butler, but it's not like I'm asking you to cut your arm off.

But I do want to report toy sightings at stores like the ones I saw at Walgreen's. One of them looked like a repaint, and I've never seen him before myself, but he's not the kind of Transformer I'd buy but would only play with it if someone gave him to me.

I can't figure who all the news staff members are. The only news staff members that I know of are William James 88 and BronzeWolf. I'm wondering if there are any female TTC Transformers, and I can't figure out who the best one would be to ask is. The only female Autobots that I know of that have made it to toy shelves fairly recently are Windblade, Strongarm, and maybe Arcee; but I don't know about any other girls.

Jason, at this point many people have tried to help you. Many people have told you to use Google.

You've demonstrated on numerous occasions in the past that you're more than capable of searching things.

So when you make posts like that, many people read it and consider it trolling, or at the very least, laziness.

This is the last time I'm going to say this to you. You have the tools to find things out for yourself. Use them. Stop relying on others to do things for you, none of us are here to entertain you.

You may not see the problem. So I'll explain it to you.

Your constant questions, constant wanting people to help you instead of doing something yourself that would only take a few seconds, is pissing people off. I won't allow these forums to devolve into attacks against you.

Fine, then I'll send all toy sightings to the submit news button. Of course, it'd be nice if that thing had an upload attachment button like posts do; but I'll manage. Who knows? Maybe if I see something that people might like at Target, which seems to give me the most trouble with getting online, maybe doing a reboot on my phone while I'm in there will help. That six pack of Transformers at the Target in Orange City, Florida are Reveal the Shield Transformers; but I can save everyone the trouble of rubbing them to find out which allegiance they're on because there are four Autobots and two Decepticons.

I'm planning to read the rest of my Green Lantern comic books, watch an episode of The Simpsons before I try to tackle Decepticon Octone. I must say that I am more impressed by the design than I was with the G1 design even though this one's a Headmaster. I was excited about the G1 Octane when he came out; and my mom would buy Transformers and Gobots ahead of time; and I'd have to figure out how to earn them with good grades in school subjects that were hard for me like history; and she had bought Octane ahead of time; and one time after doing some chore or something, I asked if what I had done had earned Octane. At first, she told me not Octane; and I said that I don't know if I'll ever do something good enough to earn him, so she relented and let me have him. His oil tanker mode didn't look as Earth like as the TR one, so that's why I like the current one better. I'm just hoping those 44 steps to transforming him won't prove to be difficult. Crosshairs was a breeze, and I didn't even need to look at the directions. I'm under the impression that he's a repaint of Cogman, but at least I'm closer to getting a full wave. When I look at the front of Decepticon Octone, he reminds me of the current TLK Optimus Prime.

Well I managed, and this is a must have Transformer, and I didn't even have to rely on YouTube. However, it seems strange that Decepticon Octone hasn't got a landing gear.

Okay. Burn said it. I said it. I will say it one more time, and then we're on to warnings, followed by bans. Post Titans Return-related things in the Titans Return thread. Just as you should post everything else in its own thread.

I'm locking this so this doesn't go on. Burn has already given the reasons in his last post. He has more patience than I do. Do NOT start another thread for random stuff.
