You're right. The packaging is similar, but the link is definitely the ones I saw. But I'm certain I saw Ratchet, too, even though the website doesn't show him.

Yeah Ratchet's also one of them, I didn't link all of em.

I saw those big 20$CAN figures in my Walmart.

Big OOOOOFFFFF..... Those may be the ugliest Transformers I've ever seen. Ultra tall, ultra thin, ultra hollow.

Rescue Bots, small 1 steps, and Ultra/Ultimate class Cyberverses are way better looking and seems more solid than those "dollar stores knock off" for the young child TF beginner.

New 2021 Transformers Barricade Toy Found in Chile

2021 is shaping up to be all kinds of random. Take this news for instance. A Transformers fan in Chile posted these images online of a new Barricade toy they found. Since they found the deco to be lacking, they applied extra deco themselves. While it makes the legitimacy of this new toy suspect, they do indicate that it is trademarked Hasbro 2021. From the look of it, this is Barricade in his evergreen design which is heavily influenced from his Transformers The Last Knight look. So this could be an upcoming new toy in the Authentics line.

Let us know what you think!

Yeah this is defintely an evergreen Authentics toy. Also the in-hand images having these other toys makes everything feel weirdly nostalgic.

Could be a passable rank-sweller

That last picture makes me wonder if we have enough Barricades for a good top 5.

Police Car
Movie 2007
Human Alliance
Dark of the Moon
The Last Knight
Masterpiece Movie
Studio Series

TFCC Subscription Service 2.0

Siege
Earthrise

And now this... :-?

Other
G1 Micromaster
Energon

A bit too movie-centric...

Movie Centric is understandable, the character we know best started in the Movie Verse. So he'll have some movie verse toys and some crossover toys. It's like how a top seeker list would have 1 or 2 movie toys in there among other incarnations.

JelZe, your list overlooks the toys from the BB movie toyline.

Honestly, I think the police car altmode suits the name particularly well. Especially compared to G1 Barricade's Ligier JS31 altmode.

Yeah, did the Generations-style only on purpose to keep it manageable. The Movie lines go overboard with toys every single time.

About "Barricade" fitting police cars, Hasbro's C.O.P.S. line had a character named Barricade as a Crowd Control Specialist.

There's even more Barricade than that. He has a bunch of toys from TLK and I even like his tiny turbo chamger

As Jelze themselves confirmed to you, they were only talking about figures catered to collectors and the like, which is what I correctly interpreted from their post. So I was pointing out that there were a myriad of barricades out there that we don't really care to remember or not.

Anyways, I personally like the tiny turbo changer but the list will include one slot each for the Earthrise and Siege version. Not sure which is superior though. I really love the colours on Siege.

Product Codes Found For Authentics Alpha Class Shockwave and Bravo Class Barricade

Greetings Seibertronians! Fellow Seibertron user, Jtprime17, has made a discovery of product codes for the Authentics line. These concern the recently discovered existence of Authentics Barricade (shown here to be in the Bravo Class of figures) and Shockwave! Shockwave will be Alpha Class.

For those unaware of the differences, Alpha Class figures are 7" while Bravo figures are 5".

Heres what Jtprime17 shared:

Jtprime17 wrote:Tra Gen Authentics Bravo Barricade
Product Number: F0524

Tra Gen Authentics Alpha Shockwave
Product Number: F0526

The Authentics line uses the Evergreen designs for all the figures and are intended to be a low cost alternative, so all kids can enjoy the fun of Transformers. They are not as complex as their Generations cousins.

Have you picked up any of the Authentics line?

Let us know in the Energon Pub and stay tuned to Seibertron for all the latest news and reviews!

I'm honestly super happy to at least see the "Evergreen" Barricade design used, instead of a smokescreen repaint. The Evergreen design makes so much more sense and is a lot more interesting than another datsun use. I hope he gets more than just an authentics release in that body style

I hope so too, its a great evolution of the character

and I certainly wouldn't mind Barricade being the bot that brings in more bots from the movie-verse into wider TF lore, like Nitro Zeus, Mohawk, Blackout, etc.

How many Bayverse OC's are there?
I can only think of Dino, Blackout, Nitro Zeus, Mohawk, Scalpel, Brains, Stinger, and Dragonstorm.
Am I missing any?

I find it hilarious that the Transformers AUTHENTIC line is made out of toys looking and feeling like bad Chinese knock-off found at the dollar store.

Plus, if you really wanted to go there, a lot of characters with shared names but very different designs could get absorbed into TF canon with slightly different or new names

I guess I was only thinking of characters that had a speaking part, or more than a few seconds of screen time. I would include a few of your list for sure. And yeah, there are alot of bots that could use a new name. I'd love to see movie Sideswipe get some generations love.
