I do, siege is rock solid, ss 38 is made up of tiny parts - especially on the legs (the tires, and the arms they're on) they not only hamper the thigh swivel, but come untabbed super easily, the lower legs don't really lock into place, but they also don't flop about. Strictly speaking, ss38 is also solid, but its the little bits that keep coming undone on mine that bug me, whereas, siege prime being simpler tabs together and stays together. SS38 has more poseable ankles due to the transformation, so he has that on siege prime, but siege prime can flex his shoulders backwards for more dynamic poses. Design-wise, they're both crazy clever, but on different levels, ss38 is all tiny panels turning inside out and siege prime has the backpack wrap-around and arm/legs panels that reshape his entire body into a truck cab, so I say they're tied.
