So, I preordered the transformers titans return Arcee and ultra magnus two pack but it came missing the ultra magnus face. The ultra magnus headmaster was also packaged backwards.

That sucks when things like this happen, but it does from time to time. I would just order another one and then return the faulty one. They should be able to help you out without any problems.

Alas, the two pack seems to be sold out on toys r us's website and is really overpriced on Amazon I'm just gonna wait and see if an ultra magnus face pops up on shapeways.
