Eh, probably just wrong, mistakes happen :) I'm sure if we crowdsourced our database, approvals of bad info would happen sometimes as well.

Weird, never heard of that. Source on that info? All the MB stuff displayed accessories pretty prominently so I'm skeptical. I can believe it, just surprised if it's true. Mine would also be in the garbage if so.

My source is TF Wiki

Released as part of TakaraTomy's Transformers Movie The Best toyline to conclude the 10th anniversary of the live-action film series, this Soundwave is an extensive redeco of his Human Alliance toy, without the Laserbeak and the Mr. Gould figure. Bizarrely, the missile from Laserbeak is included—with nothing to fire it from, it is best used as a club to beat unsuspecting Autobots... provided that you manage to fit it in Soundwave's incredibly wide grip.

https://tfwiki.net/wiki/Soundwave_(ROTF)#Movie_The_Best

EDIT: I checked several video reviews and none mention it. In fact, most mention the fact that he comes devoid of any accessoies. So either all of us have that missile in the garbage, or TFWiki is lieing through their teeth.

The (volunteering) editors do like to jump the accessory from time to time I've noticed. The TR Soundwave redeco missing his seems to be another...

I just checked the TakaraTomy Mall listing for the accessory count: no missile mentioned, just the figure and instructions.

I am just glad I am not missing an accessory. I personally do not care much for accessories (especially useless ones as this would have been the case) but I like knowing that the toy I bought has kept its value even if I never sell it. And losing an accessory would definitely hurt that.

I do, but I don't recall missile, I'll have to check the box.

Another thing of note about the new Bee Soundwave, if it hasn't been mentioned. His visor is iridescent yellow and quite striking. I spotted some at Target on Monday and gave em a good eyeballing.

All that dark grey on the arms and thighs is quite ugly though.

Some really cool remolding and the blue is much closer to the G1 toy where the TR is almost purple in comparison. I'm good with my TR version though.

Went hunting, found the legion Prime and Bee, and the cassettes set. Sadly, no Barricade, Hot Rod, or Soundwave.

It is the opening week of the Bee! Thanks to multiple sightings from Seibertronians including TFA1024 and yours truly, we have news that pretty much every single wave 1 Bumblebee Movie figure has made its way to retail! A majority of the sightings so far have been at Target, but Walmarts have been showing up on the sightings radar as well. Among the sightings are the highly anticipated Power Charge Bumblebee (AKA the giant one) and the entirety of the Energon Ignitors classes, including the Speed, Power, Power Plus, and Nitro series figures.

With all the figures headed out to shelves, head on over to your local stores and start hunting those sweet new Movie figures!

More Transformers Bumblebee Movie Toy Sightings with Studio Series on Amazon, all Target Exclusives

The Bumblebee movie toyline truly is in full swing. Not only are all mainline toys accounted for but now we have news that even the peripheral toys are also being spotted. We have several sightings of the Bumblebee movie Cassette Pack, which is $30 at Target and includes Howlback, Titans Return Frenzy, Buzzsaw and One Step Bumblebee. This is good news for fans who only wanted to pay for the cassettes and not Bumblebee since the $30 price point truly renders the Bumblebee toy as a bonus.

The images below come from Heymickey on Twitter, who also took an image of leader class Soundwave with all his cassettes. These cassettes are Target exclusives and speaking of which, we also have a sighting of the Music FX Titan Bumblebee figure which is also a Target exclusive. Fc203 posted a video on youtube showing his finding along with the different sound effects this Bumblebee does.

Another peripheral toy sighting would be the Tiny Turbo Titans Series 4 at Meijer by xRotorstormx. This series is a tie in to the Bumblebee movie with Shatter, Dropkick and Volkswagen Bumblebee found in the wave. You can see every character included here.

And speaking of Bumblebee movie tie ins, series 3 of Studio Series which includes the Volkswagen Bumblebee figure is available on amazon.com for almost everyone to purchase.

I bit on SS Bee. Amazon is too tempting to pass up, despite hating paying MSRP.

Snagged Bumblebee. I thought my Walmarts and Targets were crap before...now that Toys R Us is gone. All my local brick and mortars (Central Illinois) are looking more like our non-existent crappy K-Marts. I have (2) Targets and (6) Walmarts in a 25 mile radius...all of their toy sections are going downhill.

That's like the identical situation where I live, literally the same number of targets and Walmart in that radius, just a lot further north then yours.

Some of that will be seasonal. The toy departments of those stores are usually a wasteland between Easter and the build up to Christmas. Fortunately the build up to Christmas should be right around the corner. Particularly with Target, they have all moved a bunch of things to clearance aisles, and I would expect the toy departments to be re-organized in the next month and start getting filled in.

Walmart is Walmart, I'm not sure they run with any rhyme or reason there.

Used the Target DCPI code of 087-16-3093 and found and snagged my Frenzy, Howlback, extra Buzzsaw that I need to headcanon into someone else and Bee that my daughter will get to play with.

Yep...Illinois distribution is so weird. I think Missouri, Iowa, Indiana, even Kentucky get better distribution here than us.

I agree with you...the other problem is that Walmart does not have very many dedicated to associates. I see different people stocking all the time and they have no idea what I;m talking about when looking for new product. Both my Targets were once really really good. I do not know who is running things now, but clearance is a mess (sloppy thrown together endcaps). The shelf space in Action figures is mostly old Star Wars that will never sell. They cram all the Transformers into a very small section and half the time items are on wrong peg anyway. Target is really ticking me of more than Walmart.

Are you sure? It looks just like the soundwave mold but altered... And also wasn't the Blaster mold just a retool of soundwave anyway?

This may be a bit off topic but,
Wasn't there a KBB MP Voyager scaled SW teased a while back? And didn't megasteel also tease a voyager sized SW? I haven't heard any news on that. Just putting this out here cause I really want a nice SW Voyager sized SW figure and the BB movie doesn't seem to be delivering even tho the SW design in the BB trailer was perfect. Seems like a missed opportunity on Hasbro's part by reissuing a figure we already got 2 years ago

First Blaster, and then a Soundwave with all new Boombox parts, and now this one has even different boombox parts, so all 3 are entirely unique

That's what I thought, so I don't get the criticism.
