I recently purchased PotP Swoop online, and upon receiving the figure (and opening it out of excitement for my favorite Dinotbot!) I noticed that it had two left hands instead of one right and one left hand. I proceeded to search and read around the interwebs about how to order replacement parts from Hasbro customer service, or purchasing replacements from a third party, and all options appear to be, in short, "you are screwed, signed some guy from five years ago."

Would anyone here happen to know if/how I can get a spare right hand for my PotP Swoop figure?

First, try Customer Service of wherever you ordered it from, and see what your options are. Depending on the online store, they'll either send you a new figure, or the parts missing. Some are really accommodating.

If that doesn't solve the problem, try contacting Hasbro. Most likely you'll be asked to send the figure to them and you'll get a new figure of equal value, meaning you may not get a new Swoop.
