Can't wait to see the alt modes! The movie ones are pretty nice, but all of these G1-esque Cyberverse versions really speak to me.

Huh, I somehow don't remember those at all. I mean, I remember knowing these are coming, but don't remember actually seeing any of them. How did they managed to mistransform Megatron on the display? :???:

It doesn't make any sense - Bumblebee, armed with a ...bathtub battleship, or maybe a Broadside mass compacted battleship...but it just looks so, danged, cool. I love the claws on the battleship it totally makes me think of the SDF1. Or the Macross, I know I know, I'm just saying.

And Starscream with a bulldozer? Again, it's the weirdest combo but it still looks cool. Take robots, add armor, usually ends up pretty cool.

armorizers still look fun, I feel like if the base figures from these were released initially as the 'warrior class' the line would be popular with adult collectors

Just random, but at first glance BB armored up reminded me or Demolishor from Armada. Prime evoked an image of Energon Optimus Supreme....

I'm enjoying the Spark armor figures the more I see. I really do think I'll give one or 2 a try.

I'm eager to see the Cheetor though.

I want to see both Optimi and Bumblebee in stores to get a good look to buy them

Good evening and happy Wednesday fellow Seibertronians! Just in on the heels of the initial official images of the Tiny Turbo Changers, we get some more, including some alt modes! Posted to the TFW2005 boards by Dorksidetoys you will note obvious compromises are made at this scale, but some of them have what appear to be very clever transformations for their size. These again are expected later this June and are expected to cost $3.00/each USD. With a mix of the new with some G1 fun there’s a little something in this new line for everyone! What you will see below are Bumblebee, Jetfire, Starscream, Shockwave, Blackarachnia, Soundwave, Drift, Grimlock and Hot Rod.

Oh dear. One more "G1" Jetfire to hunt! Even if that's just a TTC. Once the baggie numbers are out, I'll be sure to get him.

Also, Classic Jetfire got a LOT of love in recent years. :-?

I love that Shockwave. Honestly the Hot Rod looks more like a Hot Blob I wish that they'd done a better job with that one.

New Images of Scraplet With Battle Damage

Fellow Seibertronians just in from Dorksidetoys are some more new images from the Cyberverse line, Energon Attack Optimus Prime and Saw Tooth Spin Scraplet! We get to see Scraplet in package with battle damage – a detail not previously noticed. You will unfortunately also notice we are getting yet another Optimus who only half Transforms. One could see this as disappointing to a degree, but really, imagine if only the top half transformed? It’s all about perspective. Enjoy the images and let us know your thoughts below!

The Cyberverse Scout Class is the worst, most terrible part of a disappointing toyline. That said, at least Scraplet looks fun and is true-ish to being a Scraplet.

Seriously!?! The one bot I want from this line and they have to :BOOM: it up with "battle" damage?!? Hasbro's CEO's deserve a vigorous 8-} -bagging.

You have to realize that... someone got PAID to suggest and design those Scout class figures. Like, how did that conversation go?

Hasbro executives: Alright sales team. We have this new cartoon coming out. As with the proud tradition of the Hasbro company dating back many years ago to 1984, a toyline absolutely must come out with this cartoon. Ideas?

Rando Sales person #1: Well, we must include the Warrior class line. It was a big hit with the fans during Robots in Disguise.

HasEx: You're right. However, many people thought those toys were too complex for little kids... any ideas of to fix this problem?

#1 (hesitating): I mean, we could maybe take out some of the articulation... it would make the toy less complicated, but also less fu-

HasEx: Righto! Do that. Send that to design team. Anything else? Remember, think stupidly simple.

Rando Sales person #2: How about partly transforming figures?

HasEx: What do you mean?

#2: Instead of going from robot to vehicle complete, depict the end mode of the transformation as being midway into tranforming. You'd save on design time and cost because we could literally make the robot mode end up looking anyway we want and claim that it's supposed to look partly transformed.

HasEx: Well, we're always looking to save a little money...

#1: Wait! That's completely stupid. What's the play value in that? Won't kids notice how idiotic that'll look?

#2: Nah, we can make up some "use your imagination" BS like we do for the Power Ranger toys that don't actually morph. Or maybe add a simple gimmick that'll totally distract from the transforming gimmick. We could even pacify older fans by naming after an old class size we don't use anymore, like Scout or something.

#1: That'll just pi-

HasEx: Yes! Great plan, #2. Get that to the design teams too!

Amazing. The one figure from this wave that I was going to buy in bulk without question, because we've never gotten a Scraplet before, and it's technically a callback to Marvel US #3 that wouldn't have any rights issues with Disney...and they manage to give it a deco that actually makes me think twice. Because a whole swarm of Scraplets can't all have the exact same battle damage, so if you army build--

Wait, maybe this is a clever ploy to prevent troop-building-adult-collectors from clearing the pegs and leaving no Scraplets for the kids find! And all because I (and so many others) went overboard with TR Sharkticons!

On second glance, it's just paint, the pock-marks are just screw-holes...

Say, does anyone else think the Scraplet's supposed to look like it has a mild case of Cosmic Rust?! Perhaps they have partial immunity, making them the perfect carriers? That'd be the ultimate Marvel/Sunbow disease-fusion, a perfect example of what I love most about Cyberverse! Now we just need a flashback to Alpha Trion and Emirate Xaaron having a heated argument at the Iacon High Council, and my life will be complete!

Oh, and I love it's card art! Makes it look like Ben 10's going to turn into one next season.
