i finally home. Dunno if anyone noticed that Argos page post of mine was a lil brief for me. I had written about having just been in Argos and seen their new catalogue and being disappointed it was just the younger audience stuff, no Siege or Studio but I thought I'd take a pic and post it here even though I wasn't sure someone hadn't already done so. But when I tried posting before I got the 503 kremzeek thingy error (which I seem to get a lot when trying to post on this site with my phone). So I had to go back a page and lost my post so tried again with a very short few words & the pic. So yeah. I don't really come in Cyberverse section much but thought the Argos page might have been useful or interesting to you guys.

Ok now THIS kind of babbling post is much more me. Ok, have a good day and I'mma crawl back to the Studio thread where I feel most comfortable. :)

Deadlock left the decepticons so he could get elbows.

He only got one.

Cyberverse Warrior Class Slipstream Sighted at Retail

With a new Chapter of the Cyberverse cartoon not set to air until later this year, it seems like it's been a while since we've seen much Cyberverse product, with Studio Series (mostly helicopter Dropkick), Siege, and G1 reissues taking up most of the real estate on toy shelves. Well, Fall will be here sooner than we think (is it really August already??), and as if to punctuate that fact, yours truly found Warrior Class Slipstream at a local Target.

Image

Slipstream was just announced a few weeks ago, and now, she's already showing up at retail! She's a simple recolor of the Warrior Class Starscream mold, with her only other distinction being that she has lipstick. Seriously. She's a Target exclusive, though unlike Siege Red Wing, she doesn't require a Target Redcard to buy her. She's priced at $14.99, and though that price is lower than all other lines for this roughly deluxe sized mold, you do get what you pay for. Being that the whole Cyberverse line is more focused on a kid-friendly play pattern, with simpler transformations and action gimmicks, she's not a bad figure, and certainly has a striking color combo.

So what do you think, Seibertronians? Do you have any plans to pick her up on your next toy hunt? Let us know in the comments below, and stay tuned to Seibertron for all your Transformers news!

That deplorable dastardly deviant has arrived! For some Decepticons there's a point after so much destruction and ruination that there is no redemption, no turning back...unless you're this guy! Before he was the peaceful sacred sword swinging fengshui expert known as Drift he was the evil Decepticon known as Deadlock, and here he is represented in the rather kid-friendly Cyberverse line with all-my-enemies-shall-fall-before-me strike, er, I mean sneak strike blade swinging attack!

These images come courtesy of Amazon here where he's currently listed at $14.99.

Enjoy the views and as always share your thoughts with the Seibertron crew in the forums. And stay tuned to Seibertron for the ultimate in Transformers news!

While it might happen, it's more likely to happen in WFC part Deux with a Drift redeco in part Three ;)

william-james88 wrote:The Cyberverse line is easily the most ignored current Transformers line by fans. Which is ironic since it is probably the one ordered in highest quantities by retail stores. It is also ignored in the video review circuit but we have some below from fellow Seibertronian Chuckdawg 1999.

Enjoy!

I reviewed the Cyberverse toys when the line was still young. I quickly found that they did terrible on YouTube. The first two I did are currently sitting at 22 and 27 views. Generations seems to do the best, followed by Studio Series. Masterpiece and exclusives are very hit or miss, and Cyberverse is largely ignored.

Speaking in broad strokes my best vids are anything kid friendly. Very little from "Adult" lines does well.

Spotted these at two local Targets today! While I don’t collect this line, some of them are pretty neat.

Dude Mirage you seriously scored this weekend! Hey thanks for all the updates and pics even though it’s not your main interest this is great stuff.

I’m in the same boat I don’t buy Cyberverse but I dig some of these designs and do want that Cheetor.

No problem, enjoy posting any finds on here when i can. I definitely try to keep updating my state sighting forum as well.
On the Cheetor, he was cool!
I was hoping to see the Seeker 3 Pak, we actually had a store clerk double check but they didn’t have anything in the back.

I saw two at my local Target last week before 8/1 I was like the hell...? They stock ours poorly and to see two unexpectedly was super surprising. I wish you good luck sir!!
