Get hyped! Amazon just charged me for the Autobot Alphastrike Counterforce and the Decepticon Phantomstrike Squadron. My order says they'll be "released" on Thursday, August 15 and should be delivered, despite my free 2-day Amazon Prime shipping, on Monday, August 19.

These siege figures are all incredible. I onw both Sideswipe and Optimus Prime now.

Does anyone know if the "battle scars on the figures is handpainted, factory printed or permanent?

I recently received my Optimus (WFC-S11 Voyager) figure from this line and i think his paint on his white thighs is rather uneven and i'm wondering what kind of nail polish remover might work best? Has anyone tried removing these or considered doing it? :???:

He's closer to :HASBRO: HQ.... yes I know it's an Amazon exclusive, but I assume they have to get it from Hasbro in the first place... and yes I know the toys are all made in Vietnam now, but last I checked the toys are still shipped to Pawtucket for distribution to the rest of the country
ok...so I checked and seemingly Pawtucket RI doesn't appear on the boxes anymore...just call me a crazy conspiracy theorist then....

I'm in the same boat as you for now. The Monday Aug. 19th delivery date is the standard time they tell you until the item actually get packaged and "shipped". Triklops' sets have actually shipped (or at least had a label/tracking number created, which is why they accelerated the timeline. Once either of ours actually get to the packaged and label printed phase, we should be getting an update with an updated timeline for delivery.

Sorry Wolfman; i got my order in right at availability so i believe it is just a First In First Out situation.

OSupes; the headquarters is in Pawtucket but the toys have not been shipped from the city in years. Jonestown, PA tends to be the Hasbro USA distribution area, when they send out their own product. Again, I believe its a FIFO situation with the Amazon items.
And yes, I have been in the Pawtucket headquarters. I did some freelance design work for them around the TFPrime era. The building they use is a converted factory, same one my grandmother worked in when she was young. Pawtucket was an industry center during and post the industrial revolution, a la Samuel Slater, full of factories and blue collar industries.

Good to, Thank you ;)^ . I just remember working for a retailer back in the mid-late 90's, and seeing those cool purple-banded Hasbro Boxes with Pawutucket RI on them (yeah like you said 20 years ago). It was neat seeing Beast Wars toys come case fresh. Too bad I only ever purchased a select few.

I got my ship notification as well and will end up getting mine tomorrow as well. I also suspect Wolfman will be getting his ship notification today and getting his tomorrow or Saturday. I'm assuming pretty much all of us ordered right when it opened, so first come, first service won't 100% explain how quickly or slowly some of us will be getting our ship notifications. Since Amazon ships from multiple distributions centers, I'm assuming all the pre-orders are split up regionally first and then first come first serve from there. The actual ship notifications go out once it is in package and has a tracking number, so if one regional distribution center is starting earlier than another, it can explain why some of us are delayed more than others. But overall it should even out where pretty much everyone that ordered right when they posts became available should be getting theirs tomorrow or Saturday.

Been playing around with Redwing more. Man, this mold is actually pretty fun, and the color scheme on Redwing is delicious. The micro 10-pack is also bearing some nice fruits. The cons have great color schemes!!

Also waiting on amazon to get them in stock before i order the 2 sets. Greenlight will be bought at the same time they are

Finally saw these at retail, at my local Target no less...no travelling. Faced with an either / or dilemma I decided not to get either. I have Springer.

In the case of Galaxy Upgrade Prime, I just feel like I already have Optimus, so doubling up just doesn't make any sense to me. The collector in me wants to buy it. The pragmatist who can't get every Siege figure says you got your Optimus.

As far as the Rainmakers, I will get them - eventually. I dont have my Skywarp (until Monday), and Thundercracker isn't out yet. Obviously, I favor those guys over the Rainmakers in general, but there's a practical consideration too: My shelf space. Decepticons being generally larger, I'm not even sure where Skywarp will go, to say nothing of Thundercracker and Rainmakers.

I have a table I'm going to use for a giant Siege battle scene. Gonna need it for Jetfire, anyway.

Transformers War for Cybertron Siege Micromaster Off Road Patrol UK Sighting and Video Review

Scoring another win is our own Chuckdawg1999 with a video review of the brand new Transformers War for Cybertron Off Road Patrol with Powertrain & Highjump! Chuck's also included a comparison with their Target Ten-pack counterparts for you. We've also been alerted that this two pack has been spotted at UK retail thanks to the TFW2005 board member Sol Fury. They were spotted at a Toys UK in High Wycombe.

Image

Make sure to report in as soon as you find them in your neck of the woods as any fellow Micromaster fan is itching to complete their Siege Micromaster collection. Let us know your thoughts in the forum and as always stay tuned to Seibertron for the ultimate in Transformers news!

From Chuck:
"The Siege Micromaster Off-Road Patrol are ok robots, great vehicles, and a weapon mode that should be burned with fire. The combined blaster had the potential of being great but the tightness of a peg and hole connection, as well as no real way to lock the legs in, leaves it wanting. If you have or are interested in getting the Target exclusive 10 pack then I don't think you need to pick this set up."
