Jetfire continues to be fantastic. I love that they gave his gun a central handle instead of just having him hold one of the two regular handles. Brunt looks good, but I think I'm just going to get one.

Up till now the prices for Siege had been more or less the same between Hasbro and Takara. But TT's Skyfire is significantly pricier (and I mean after the 30% discount,) any reason for that? As far as I know "brand unification" is still a thing.
Does the Hasbro release have a date yet?

Skyfire's price should still be between Leader and Titan, as he's the first of a new Size Class called Commander.

Japan actually gets him first? (I still don't have Prime, Megatorn, Ultra Magnus, Cog and Skytread from Takara. )

But why is Hasbro's $80 and Takara's (after the 30% off) about $114?

I had to go back and look - 7/2019 correct? Has Hasbro been releasing Siege figures first?

That seems criminal ;)

Seems like a good bit of difference, maybe only the Tak version will have the flip flop faction change option :-? I'm kidding

Hey, switching around numerators and denominators is no joking matter. :-B

Glad to see they added a panel that lets you switch his faction symbol, definitely a wonderful addition. Loving the flame effects for the boosters as well, Can't wait for this guy, definitely showing that he's worth the asking price.

Huh, but you may only be 2/1 correct.

I know you were kidding, but I was wondering about that. TT also showed him with jet effects. (But brand unification probably still decrees they have the same features...)

Those were not stickers in Jetfire. those are painted on tamographs, and also it will be fun since you can flip it with the chest which side you want him to do, but originally he's a :CON: in the first place. :-D

It hasn't been, that's why I'm skeptical. To know for 100% we need to see stock images of the effect in action (or in hand photos). If its true then, good if not then its no loss really.

I'm starting to lean on stickers or in a bizarre move, he's permanently a Decepticon in nekked bot mode and becomes an Autobot when he suits up.

In some of the Tak pics he's repping both factions in combined alt mode.

Is it just me, or does Brunt look like he could pass for BM Tankor?

I can honestly say they have outdid every third party jetfire. I'm glad I never got any of the other ones. So looking forward to this jetfire!

That was the selling point for me, it's an often overlooked detail.

I need to buy a billion Brunts as my Decepticon grunts (heh Brunt...Grunt heh heh heh)

Sort of what I did with on sale Hasbro TR Hardheads as my Autotrooper marines (Takara Hardhead is a captain among them)

Think I might get a few Six Guns for the same reason, just give me more generic looking characters please.

You can very clearly see a gap where the panel flips around between the 2 faction symbols. That and hasbro already said this line has no stickers last toy fair.

I'm happy with my T30 Jetfire, but glad for those who are going to look forward to picking up this one.

Brunt looks great- I hope we get more Decepticon Weaponizers, but Fasttrack is the only one I can think of who could be done in that style who was a G1 character (or included with one).

They never said that. They said they heard the complaints towards stickers. That doesnt mean we have seen an end to them.

My point about the very noticeable gap still stands.

Not sure if anyone has made this observation, but Brunt has that whole "I'm in Alt-Mode but I can still see you" thing. :-P I believe Sir James put together a list of Transformers with that gimmicky head thing. :-? :VEHI:

Where is this gap? I've looked through all the images and I can't see anything.
