Pretty sure this is GEEWUN only. And probably GEEWUN forever from here on, too. >:oP
Or how about a fire truck Optimus with a G1 body to go with Magnus, to keep the RiD infusion going? Maybe they could even combine into a new Omega Prime.

As for a Titan Omega, if we get a G1-accurate figure, would it be worth it for Hasbro to repaint him into the generic guardian bots from the comics?

For SDCC 2019 maybe?

Hmm, yeah, cause magnus' alt mode is so G1.
Snarkyness aside, I'm pretty sure it was mentioned somewhere that they were going to be homaging other lines.

As a limited exclusive? Only if it doesn't jack up the price even further. The guardians are not prominent enough to warrant a price hike. I mean, I suggested the idea so that Hasbro could make more money off the same mold, since I've been reading that the Titans are not very profitable. Or is that just hearsay?

Now I'm just saying this based on what I think might be the case but: part of me think Titans aren't particularly profitable for brick-and-mortar stores due to their size and price. They seem like something the mom and pops aren't likely to be willing to buy, being ridiculously huge and costly.

Hasbro isn't even committed enough to give us full teams (Warden said the other members aren't coming) so I highly doubt bases are happening.

Hasbro may also consider playsets and bases covered for now because of the Titan Master base gimmick with every Leader Class figure in Titans Return.

The thought just got to me about Chromia. Siege happens just before the Ark left for Sol 3 so chronologically, she should be a 4 wheeled vehicle.

If you follow the logic of the "Legends Universe (which may be applicable)" which is post 1984, Chromia could easily change into a 2 wheel type (like a person changing clothes/ armor plating). Only Combiner back then was Devastator and Omega Supreme.

That only works if they pick to a G1 timeline...they've got three to choose from. Plus there could still be some none g1 characters making this another g1 inspired timeline like power of the Primes was. So basically something that doesn't follow the cartoon path exactly.

I don't know about commitment, but I wouldn't take all Hasbro responses directly as direct. Plenty of marketing speak in what I've heard.

This is not me being coy about stuff I know, just pointing out that weirder things have happened before. (But also, Beast Wars characters and reluctance in their release since forever, so..)

#HasbroSDCC Poster for Transformers War for Cybertron: Siege Reveals Hidden Messages

We've been apparently sitting on some interesting tidbit of news from the San Diego Comic Con 2018 War for Cybertron: Siege section of new Transformers reveals. During the convention, on day 1 in fact, Hasbro did a giveaway of a new poster featuring new art for the toyline, with the possibility of having it signed by Design Manager John Warden and toy designer Shogo Hasui.

The poster itself features the Autobot line-up, with Optimus Prime, Prowl, Red Alert, Sideswipe, Hound, Ironhide, and Chromia, plus three Tetrajets in the sky behind them, on a background of a burning Cybertron at war. What you might spot in the bottom left corner, however, is a message in Cybertronian (Ancient Autobot script), which we have decoded into 'Light the Darkest Hour' - a clue as to what to next do with the poster itself. Try picking up something to indeed light in the dark, and you'll find another scroll of words, which you can see in the image below - all of which were provided by fellow Seibertronian REX-203!

As we do not want to spoil the fun for those trying at home, we'll be posting the solution in the first comment of this thread covered by spoiler tags! What the solution does suggest however, is that something else is coming...

The first one was fairly easy to solve (Except the letters for hour were crammed together and I couldn't figure it out until Quan explained it. I thought it was 3 letters and not four and the spacing made the symbols look different.)

I can pick out some of the letters for the second one but it is very difficult to read. I would recommend that those who wish to solve it use a program like MS paint to flip it sideways so you can read it without messing up your neck!

Hahah, I mean it was pretty obvious what it was meant to say at that point. I just sort of reverse-engineered the only letter(s) that made sense, everyone else did the heavy lifting!

That said, I am doing this right now, other obligations be damned. I swear I will solve this puzzle!

UPDATE: This is as far as I've gotten so far! Cybertronian letters amateurishly traced to make them easier to read. (The bit in white brackets I'm not completely sure on, but hopefully context should help make those letter clearer.) Now to translate!! Hahaha I love stuff like this :-D :-D :-D

(I can't spoiler an image so hopefully nobody minds having this step done for them  )

I'm waiting for some more people to chime in before posting the spoiler keys, so it doesn't show up on the news story in the comments! (As spoiler tags don't work on there.)

I am stumped. I can spot a few letters (I thought) but I am getting gibberish. Much appreciation for the traced letters, though. That helped keep me from questioning my sanity.

It looks like that last word is GEYXR? Or I suck at this game, which is more likely.

I'm getting some weird letter combinations too, right now! It almost looks like the first word starts with "NPG", which doesn't seem right...

[b]Fair warning[/i], I missed some lines and serifs etc. on my trace! It's not perfect. On the other hand, the bit I wasn't sure if I traced correctly has some of the letters that translate most easily - so it seems I was right on those at least.

I'm having so much fun right now! Thanks for not ruining our game Va'al! :-D

I'm in the same boat as some of the letters are quite easily identifiable...others are not...I need to get some pen and paper...

Let's boost this post count!

I'm betting it uses some form of encryption, since I'm also getting GEYXR for the last word! I'm betting something simple like Caesar. I would say, "this had better be worth it", but just the experience it worth it in itself!

The question would be what key would we then use to unscramble it?
