Last we spoke of XM Studios it was back in September regarding their Optimus Prime and Starscream statues at the Singapore Toy, Game and Comic Convention 2017. Things have been somewhat quiet since then, but in a surge of life (and quite the surge!) XM Studios' Facebook has given us a look at an upcoming 1/10th scale Megatron and does it look glorious and fitting for the Decepticon leader!

"The Autobots robbed me of my victory, but they have not seen the last of Megatron. I shall be ...... such sweet sorrow."

This beautiful statue of the iconic Decepticon leader was sculpted by Hery Sincity who has since moved on to another company from what it looks like by looking at his Facebook. All I can say is I would truly love to own this piece myself, and it is a treat as far as high end collectibles go for a more realistic design of our favorite Transformers.

Besides the Cannon and the back gun it doesn't really look like Megatron to me, the head sculpt looks bad and it doesn't even resemble the bucket which normally I wouldn't care about but since their trying to make it look like G1 Megatron it's a fail in that regard.

Also where is the color? As much as I hate how generic the original Megatron looks at least the original had the decency to have black and red to break up the color


This is just boring grey entirely so why would I want to buy a statue that doesn't even look interesting?

looks awesome. when and if the movies get rebooted. they should come to these guys to design the transformers.

would love this thing but im sure the price is too high.

I like the cannon on the back,the rest seens doesnt to have same sharpness of other designs.

Honestly if you asked me, if you removed the two guns and the con logo it would look like a gneric robot.

I don't even see any kibble.

While I don't have a problem with his body, his head looks way too much like Darkseid, and barely anything like Megatron.
