Studio Series Grimlock question..

I got my hands on a Studio Series Grimlock today (love him) but am wondering if mine might have an issue or if this is how things are supposed to be.
Both biceps (area where shoulder pad transfers to torso) have strong ratchet joints and I have no issues holding a pose, but I have noticed that his left bicep joint is a tiny bit looser/flimiser than his right one.
Its not the end of the world but something I am still genuinely curious about. Has anyone noticed this on their copies of this figure or are each of yours about the same firmness?
