Well... What did ever happen to the photo contests. I miss those. I haven't seen them since the boards went down but I'm sure its time to bring 'em back. I think Niko was in on it... and AK but I haven't seen them on in a looong time.

I say we get this puppy back up and running.

We definitely need the photo contest and the Mis-transformation threads restarted. Can anyone else remember who else the judges were?

The Custom and Mis-transformation thread got restarted after the big crash, but it is buried way back since the movie came out. I got to page 6 of the Toys forum and got bored looking for it. I suggested it be stickied long ago, but I got shot down.

A couple others and I were supposed to take over the photo contest and we started doing it (Coming up with ideas and such), but well....let's just say things went crazy and we got side tracked.

I'll see about starting it up again and such.

Hey hey hey! That's what I'm talking about Neko. I'm on board if you need help with anything... thinking of themes, judging or what have you.

Here's an idea for a theme that may help everyone to get their wheels a turnin'... What about re-creating a scene from the new movie using Non-Movie toys (G1, Beast Wars or Cybertron)... or vice versa, the new movie toys in scenes from '86.

LOL, yeah I'll be managing the new Photocontest. I'll be working on the specifics and talking with others for the next few days and perhaps we'll have the contest up and running again by Monday (MAYBE; don't quote me on that.)

I'm going to try and make this new photocontest something people will strive their best to win.

Also, I'f I'm able I may change the prizes. Depends on what I can come up with.

Okay, here's another idea. "CFV" Cybertron's Funniest Home Videos. Basically its a TF blooper extravaganza! Tfs falling down, being bit by dogs, vomiting at a wedding or just good ol' fashioned getting hit in the groin. You could stage the most hilarious moments on all of the TF universe and submit them!

I think the 'Recreate a Scene from the New Movie' would be hard to do, since we don't exactly have images to compare our photos to, unless we all use footage from the trailers!

"What a long, strange trip it's been" - Transformers in unusual places.

"The art of transformation" - Replicas of famous art pieces, starring Transformers of course.

I had another idea I'd like to throw out there.... TFMTV! All of your favourite TFs re-enacting famous concerts, music videos, album covers or great moments in music! Just imagine... the Abbey road cover done in Autobots or the Seekers playing Purple Haze live at Woodstock!
