totally Yay. better paint scheme than normal Vector Prime.
And He looks good in both modes, and is a Power/Targetmaster of sorts.

PLUS his wings and sword are made of plastic rather than crappy, unpaintable rubber. Take notes Hasbro!

Wait a minute. Do you mean Galaxy Force Vector Prime or the repainted Cybertron Galaxy Force Vector Prime?

It's the Cybertron repaint. Is it still a yay!? I just bought him from Hasbrotoyshop.com for $9.99.

He's a pretty cool colour scheme for that mould, but the moulded details don't stand out all that well on the gold plastic. There's a pretty cool custom in a thread somewhere in the toy forum that's been blackwashed and that really helps him out a lot, I'll try to find a link to that in a mo, pictures being worth a million words and all.
I don't know if you're familiar with The Last Autobot from the old Marvel comics, but that colour scheme on VP really puts me in mind of him.

Eh........
He's ok.
Actually, he's a snazzy repaint, but if you saw what his pre-production pictures looked like, you feel you're missing something.
Now, it would have been pro-points and free pints in celebration if you had joined the Takara Galaxy Force Vector Prime Club. Proper attire, and show accuracy required.

Like a lot of people the movie has reawakened my interest in Transformers. Seeing as how I wasn't collecting when the original VP came out I probably won't know what I'm missing which I'm fine with. I thought the Cybertron VP looked cool enough and the $9.99 price tag screamed my name.
I'm heading up to my parents in a couple weeks and I'm gonna try and pull out my old Transformers. I'm kinda scared to see what condition they're in. I know Sunstreaker, Grimlock, and Perceptor took quite a beating and I think all that's left of Ultra Magnus is his trailer.

Here's what I was talking about. Craven Knight's custom a bit down the page. Makes a big improvement over just the basic figure.

Yeah you got a good buy. Of the 2 American versions this one is hands down the best. The figure has lots of great detail that depicts an old "clock work" inspired robot; sort of what a robot in the Victorian era would look like. Plus it was 50% off so that is another win but Counterpunch was right, the Japanese version is the best.

He is a yay. Great figure, not as good as the Japanese release mind you, but he is still a beautifully crafted toy.
The Mustard yellow is a bit much for some people, but its pretty close to the colour he actually goes in the Galaxy Force/Cybertron tv series.
