08 Bumblebee in my possession---great story inside!!!

Ok guys--seriously--no BS in this one.. I was in my local Super Target yesterday and decided to check on the Transformers situation. Prior experience in hand I fully expected to see a peg wall FULL of Wreckages and Swindles, which I did.....but....there was ONE Arcee up there!! I was amazed. It was like seeing a diamond in the rough--she looked AWESOME!!! ..in alt mode, anyway...but she wasn't what I was looking for at first. I looked around and found a couple of Bonecrushers--already have him--and started to walk away..until I noticed something buried between a couple of OP voice changers... AN 08 BUMBLEBEE!! No s#&t... Seriously couldn't believe it. All the initial complaints about his paint are correct, though--looked like total ASS with the creases/overspray and whatever.. Didn't care b/c I'm a y2K Camaro driver and totally plan on purchasing an 09, which is the actual release year of that model according to GM, as soon as it's available, quality issues aside.. Went to check out--debit card expired as of 7/08. F&#K!! Told him nevermind...went back and hid the figure behind a pillow in the home section, which was STILL THERE TODAY!! Have the figure, totally awesome, nuff said. Sorry for the long-ass story, but it's all true!!! More later!! Once again--not made up.

Yeah--given the BS responses I've gotten so far, I guess yeah. However, since the guy has like 1000 automorph functions, he practically does it all himself--except I STILL had to hide him.....

Since this entire board is, I assume, populated by amateur/veteran collectors, I thought it wouldn't be that big of a deal... Apparently not. Here's the abridged version for those WITHOUT patience--I found a figure that had been hidden amidst crappy ones.... I found it--couldn't purchase it for reasons PREVIOUSLY mentioned--I hid it--found it the next day... PURCHASED it. Glad I bought it--end of story. More questions? Post them. Thank you. Pics provided upon request--as well as pics of the bitch-ass Target where said figure was purchased....in Texas. Going to bed. Sorry for the angry post guys--BS is not in my agenda....after all...they're "toys" right?? Don't take them so seriously.... You wouldn't even be here if the movie hadn't come... On a final note, I wouldn't be here if the movie hadn't come either.... This whole thing is a part of my childhood, which I am seeking to preserve... You don't like it, well...

Okay, so the story doesn't deliver. Oh well, no harm done. This is a toy forum after all, and finding new releases is smething people like to share. It extends that "I found it!" excitement just a little longer. If anyone was really concerned about their wasted time you would not have come back to this thread again. Let's leave the guy alone! It really is no big deal.

Eh my stories not nearly as interesting. I went to Target about noon on saturday teh 14th, and clearly they had just restocked because I found at least a dozen 08 BBs and a handful of Arcee. But I decided to leave Arcee for later if ever. Being really picky about this line which is unusual for me.
