What do you mean "mere weeks after"? There is no way on God's green Earth that this thing is coming anytime before 2021 at the earliest.

I meant pre-oreder/put money down for it
Recall that it took a whole year between Super Megatron's initial teaser (at which point his retooled details were already noticeable in his silhouette) and his first full-color reveal, and that was before his first preorders. There is no telling when Takara will unveil the full colors of God Neptune even before they put up preorders.

Personally, I like the King Poseidon coloration better. If they had maybe adjusted the God Neptune colors to pop a little more than the original version, I might have been tempted to get that one instead. Doesn't look like that's going to happen; this teaser looks like it might be slavish to the original coloration, in which case I'll pass.

In all honesty, I haven't bought any of the Seacons yet, because I've been holding out hope that they'll be released in a giftset at some point. That's probably not going to happen, either, though.

Chances are God Neptune will be a giftset, especially if they knock out the Targetmaster guns and Nautilator. In BWII, the Space Pirate Seacons were only available that way, not individually.

If God Neptune is a boxset, I seriously hope it's not going to be made to order. Considering some of Takara's UW releases are like $250, there's no way I'd pre-order that since there's no way to know if I'll have the money when Pulse charges, especially because Pulse's delays and general life are unpredictable. I hope that they go the Seacons route of individual release, because even though God Neptune does look great, I really only want like two, maybe three of the figures, not a whole set.

Also, as a weird side note, what if they included little pirate accessories for the beast modes?

Sure, but I was hoping for the other version, in King Poseidon colors and featuring all six figures. First world problems, I know...

I'd be interested only if God Neptune would be a box set. A "fairly priced" one of course. Skin to the United Warriors box sets.

But we all know it will not be the case.

Those are 2 different things. You could preorder it but not have to put money down for it until it comes out, which could be months to a year from now.

It depends on the site, tfsource require paying up front for stuff you pre-order

FINALLY got my in-stock notice for Overbite at TFSource. I'd imagine Tentakil will follow shortly this afternoon. My Piranacon should be complete next week!

Just logged in and checked on my stack. They're showing Tentakil in as stock as well, just haven't gotten the email saying so.

yes just got the same email (though i checked the site and my pre-order and says they are both in stock)... they also say they will start shipping orders in the order received, but I imagine if they have enough stock to accept new orders, then they got more than enough to fulfill all pre-orders...hopefully mine will be shipping soon, ''

...and there's the Tentakil email...finally ;)

No they don't. If you add items to your "stack" when you preorder, you aren't charged until they're in stock and ready to ship. I preordered the Seacons months ago, and even though Tentakil and Overbite JUST came in stock this afternoon, I haven't been charged for them yet.

I too got the emails from TFSource and paid for my final two. I'll be glad to have this done and over.

Tfsource requires no such thing, they don't charge until after the item is in stock.

also joining in to say I got my in-stock notifications too!

I think it depends on knowledge of the site and its policies. I was initially charged by TFSource for my pre-order back in March. I think their *default* setting is to automatically charge in advance for pre-orders. To search and find the stacking option so as to not have your pre-order charged until it comes in stock requires a bit of searching.

Just trying to find the common ground between different peoples experiences. To be honest, I've had better customer experience with other sites. I'm not saying TFSource is bad, I'm glad we are all hopefully getting the last parts we need for our KP's soon. But different people have different preferences.

With TFsource, I usually get an in-stock notice, and then the next day get the bill (I use paypal). Really works out nicely

I just paid for mine. This is my first time ordering new product from them, I wasn't expecting the shipping to be so high since I was also paying a premium over the Pulse price. Oh well, like others, I'm happy to have the set completed. I haven't opened any of them yet, so I'm ready to bust open Snaptrap tonight.

If I were you, I would have ordered something else to get the free shipping. If you were paying the premium, you should've only needed about $50 of stuff to get it

So Overbite and Tentakill are now out of stock already. Maybe I shouldn't have cancelled my preorder but man, I just couldn't afford those (and still can't) due to the current economic situation. >:oP

I'll remember that for next time, but I'm pretty full up on TFs at the moment, so I'm probably better off paying ~$120 than ~$160, even if I would be getting a $50 toy for only $40 more.

it's why I like the stack option for them, save up some orders to get the shipping. In this case, I will soon be able to ship my seacons as a set of 6.

I'm going to hold off shipping for a little bit, got the notification Burning Convoy is in stock, and there are 2 more things that might come in stock too soon

Well I guess not every mold these days get a retool. Then again we said that of TR Galvatron and, years later, it became Super Megatron.
