Hmm you may be right, still a new torso and head is good considering they didn't actually need to do any retooling.

I'm glad they changed Scylla to better set her apart from Tentakil. However, the fact that that change was mostly reverting her parts back to Moonracer's gives me mixed feelings. The biggest thing I liked about Tentakil was how different he was from Moonracer because I hate that mold.

Didn't take long to be wrong about a new character, lol.

Those sure are purdy colors. But I think I'll stick to my guns and not get them. I'm glad they made Scylla more feminine than Tentakill, though. Honestly, there needs to be more female Decepticons.

Speaking of which, I'd love to see a Gen Select Thunderblast. They could make on hell if a heavy retool of the Siege Chromia mold.

You're welcome!

Actually a couple thoughts, giving us 1 whole month to pre-order is a nice change from how the individual Seacons went down, especially the last 2 that Pulse forgot about until it was almost too late.

Also, the $14 savings over the individual prices (based on Pulse prices) is nice as well.

Edit: Also, says ready to ship around 10-24-2020, so taking into account the normal 3 week to 2 month delay for Hasbro receiving Takara efforts, maybe/hopefully for Christmas?

Well blow me down, never did I think I'd see the day we got God Neptune in CHUG form! However, I am now heavily torn. On the one hand, I prefer Piranacon's colours and the fact he has Nautilator/Lobclaw. On the other hand, this team is all available in one box, and Scylla is adorable. In an ideal world where I wasn't in a tiny little house with barely any room to display the figs I have, I'd get both, but as is I can't do that...hmmmm.

Thanks to a heads up from TF-fan kev777, we have words that the newly revealed Transformers Generations Selects God Neptune set is up for pre-order on Hasbro Pulse for the very reasonable price of $185.99! Hasbro Pulse is advertising the figure as a Pulse Exclusive, which makes sense since the figure in Japan is a TakaraTomyMall exclusive. The price is right around where we anticipated it being ($200ish), so this is good news to all who want to order from Pulse!

We also have word from AllNewSuperRobot that the UK pre-order is live now from In Demand Toys, and is available for £169.99 right now.

The due date for both of these releases is the end of October of this year, so hopefully only a 5 month wait for these splendid new space pirates!

We would also like to pass along, thanks to RiddlerJ, the news that the final 2 Seacon individual releases for King Poseidon are also now in stock and available on Pulse. You can find them at the links below

Tentakil: https://hasbropulse.com/collections/gen ... iranacon-6

Overbite: https://hasbropulse.com/collections/gen ... iranacon-5

Let us know what you think of these pre-orders below, and let us know if you intend to pick up this Beast Wars II Behemoth!

Interesting. I don't have any attachment to these characters in fiction, but I love monster-formers. I pre-ordered God Neptune, but I also have three limbs of King Poseidon. Do I keep my pre-order for God Neptune which is $207 with tax, or do I buy the remaining pieces of King Poseidon, which would be around $140? I would have to pay for the rest of Poseidon now while I can save for Neptune. Decisions, decisions...

Dude, thanks! I was able to cancel a $49.99/each PO at TFS, and get Pulse's instead.

sadly, I had JUST paid for them at Tfsource this morning. I even checked hasbropulse just before I did, and they weren't there yet. Oh well, live and learn

I'd preordered/stacked two each of Tentakil and Overbite. Only one Tentakil had been charged so far, at $49.99. I called them and they canceled the ones that hadn't been charged yet, and gave me a credit for the one that had been charged (which I'll easily use) . Basically, if it has been charged, but hasn't been shipped, you CAN cancel, but you'll only receive store credit. They were super easy to work with for me. Ordered my figures off Pulse this morning, and everything's set!

I'm still waiting for TFSource to send me a PayPal notice so I can pay for Overbite. They already had me pay for Tentakil yesterday, but still not Overbite.

Are we sure this is a boxset?

something like the TCC exclusive from a few years ago, with the window? (that's easily my favorite versions of this character, all six G1 molds in an incredibly nice box with great art!)

so probably not THAT nice a box, probably no windows, hopefully some cool art? but 5 in one box for sure?

the recent generations selects Seacons was a huge let down as far as box art goes. if they had just colored the slip cases in then it would have been a great set for display. but the black and white line art was a letdown for me. im happy I have all six figures but Im thinking of letting it go on eBay because they don't display well individually.

So box for sure with this one? hopefully with colored art!

I really do want this but I cannot bring myself to get it with how expensive this year has already been and how expensive it is going to be.

Why can they make so many Seacons, but they can't make Siege Ratbat and Rumble?

why don't they just include a Lobclaw figure? they already have the mold. they just had to paint it and add it to the set and could have bumped the price up.
