Interesting, this Centurion looks pretty good, though it could use a bit more paint. If it's real, we'll probably see more of it on Fan Friday.

Interesting that we could be getting a Centurion drone. Not sure if i would get him since I have 2 of the mold, but it's a cool idea

I might get him if I had the money...
Related note: I'd love to see a papercraft kit of the centurion drones.

Could have just been left at the factory or Hubcap wasn't supposed to have them or they both have them. We already have a precedence for a regular Deluxe figure coming with a Weaponizer's weapon (or maybe the other way around?) in Sixgun and Sideswipe sharing missiles.

I'd like to think that if it were a custom they wouldn't have forgotten the two red spots on his crotch, but that's definitely something Hasbro would forget.

They did, however, apparently forget the red around the Centurion's visor, which Brunt does have.

Actually, I think the head is facing backward in the photo.

Edit: never mind, it should go all the way around, so it is missing.

Unless it was just applied to the front of the head, which seems like the kind of thing Hasbro would do.

Forgot that part. Then that's two (technically three) very obvious paint apps that no customizer worth their salt would forget.

You say it like it's a bad thing  Though besides TR Astrotrain... Who else has a design based on that story?

I think just classics jetfire and brunt, I just think its funny that stormbringer keeps getting these design shout-outs that very few other bits of tf fiction get to share in in this g1 world

Also, kind of Siege Megatron? He's got the Stormbringer treads on his back, though they're upside down.

Megatron's Stormbringer design was used for Titanium The Fallen.

Someone on eBay has gotten access to and is currently selling what look to be finished versions of Selects Greasepit and Exhaust. Not going to link the eBay listings, since the guy must have stolen them and is selling them at a $10 markup, and linking that just feels...eh, but we got pictures now!

Interesting that Exhaust is labeled as a Decepticon but has the Mercenary faction badge, is he the first actual figure to have that insignia? Curious to see what his alt mode tampos look like.

So happy that Greasepit looks to still actually get new parts, I was concerned he wouldn't since he was a Selects release. That bodes well for Hot House as well. I see the hook hand has been replaced with gas pumps and a sign pegged into the shoulder. Surprised he doesn't have a new head though.

Greaspit looks like he has Sideswipe/Red Alert's gun.

Eh. Maybe not.

Thanks to Seibertronian LinaNui, we have confirmation of a figure we first reported on back in April. Via an eBay auction, we can see Generations Selects Exhaust packaged in his robot mode, along with his instructions and box, confirming that he will be released as WFC GS-11 in the Selects line. He is a retool of Siege Wheeljack (as expected), and comes with the same missile launcher weapon.

The original figure that would be known as "Marlboor Wheeljack" was a Diaclone figure that was later redecoed and retooled into Wheeljack for the original G1 toyline. It was known as "Marlboor Wheeljack" for decades until the retool of Masterpiece Wheeljack was announced and given the name "Exhaust" in 2015.

Image

The only previous figure of Exhaust went through a lot of controversy (due to his original deco being too close to the trademarks and deco for Marlboro cigarettes) and wasn't able to be officially imported into the U.S., due to U.S. laws forbidding the advertising of tobacco products on items that could even potentially be marketed towards children.

Image

Selects Exhaust looks to still retain his red and white color scheme, though any sponsor decals in car mode aren't able to be seen. Interestingly, though packaged as a Decepticon, he has an interesting faction logo, likely that of the "Mercenary" faction that was rumored to be a part of the War for Cybertron Trilogy.

Image

So, history lesson aside, what do you think of this (unofficial) reveal? Are you excited to be able to add this to your collection in the future? While these images come from an Ebay auction, it's likely that with the recent pictures of Hubcap we've seen, we'll likely see an official reveal of Exhaust soon, along with a release date.

While you're checking out this news, why not also check out the galleries of Masterpiece Exhaust, courtesy of our own Seibertron himself? Click any picture below to be taken to them.

Really? It just looks like a repaint of Ironworks' gun to me.

And the (unofficial) reveals keep coming! Thanks to Nemesis Primal and scotty_P here at Seibertron, we have pictures of the upcoming Generations Selects Greasepit! Numbered as WFC GS-11, Greasepit is a recolor and repaint of Siege Ironworks. Greasepit takes his name from the original Micromaster Greasepit from G1, though this toy is a combination of the character and the Micromaster base he came with.

Ready to add another Decepticon to your collection? Like Exhaust in the previous news story, we don't know exactly when these figures will be officially revealed or released, but with these packaged samples from an Ebay auction showing up, we're likely to know soon.

Easy pass, didn't like the figure as wheeljack in its first use and a decepticon with a generic merc symbol on him is pretty bad, if he's a merc with out a company he would still likely have his own symbol or be symbol less.

While I didn't pick up Wheeljack, I'll definitely pick up Exhaust. His colors work really well, plus, that badge looks really good. Greasepit's also a buy because I love the little baseformers
