Hello, I recently got a Masterpiece Hasbro Prowl. I noticed on the bumper on his foot there is a small textured rough patch that looks a bit bubbly as if it is a burn or melt mark. At first I tried wiping it off with no luck; now I think it's part of the plastic.

Anyone seen this before? Is this a common problem with these figures or plastics in general?

I'm posting this because I expected better for an $80 toy and am curious about how widespread it may be in the Masterpiece line.
