With Toy Fair having come to an end and all the reveals having been proudly displayed, we bring to you some of the miscellaneous items of merchandise that were displayed at the 2019 Toy Fair. Among these stragglers to the Toy Fair hype are the Super7 Transformers ReAction figures (featuring Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee and Soundwave) as well as the already revealed Super Cyborg Optimus Prime and Megatron.

In addition to Super7's Transformers items, we also have some non-Hasbro galleries featuring a lot of Mattel products such as Super7's Masters of the Universe ReAction and Classics action figures (including all new 1987 Movie "Dolph Lundgren" He-Man and "Frank Langella" Skeletor), Mattel's Barbie and Jurassic Park lines, and some other random stuff like Giant Frikkin Pennywise the Dancing Clown, My Little Pony, Gremlins, and more!

You can check out each of the 4 galleries by clicking any of the photos below and by following the links listed here.

Super7 ReAction Transformers get Updated Stock Photos and Future Lineup

Thanks to our various advertising sponsors (TFSource, BBTS, Entertainment Earth, Ages 3+ Up) we have new stock photos of Super7's ReAction Transformers! For those not aware, ReAction is Super7's line of retro-style action figures, usually with five points of articulation at 3.75" scale. Think of them like Action Masters, but with less articulation. This is our first time seeing these figures in color, the last time we saw them at Toy Fair 2019 they were still in the gray prototype stage. Each figure comes with a weapon accessory (including Starscream who comes with a gun Megatron) except for Megatron who's canon is certainly large enough. And that's not all, the packaging has been greatly updated. Now the card backs feature higher quality art on full color backdrops instead of the G1-style grid pattern.

The first wave should be released soon (originally planned for October, now November) consisting of Optimus Prime, Jazz, Bumblebee, Megatron, Starscream, and Soundwave. Next will be an even more ambitious set for February made up of Alpha Trion, Skyfire, Mirage, Grimlock, Shockwave, Rumble, Shrapnel, and Devastator. The suggested price is $15 though most retailers seem to be more comfortable $18.

What do you think? Do Transformers need to transform or are you all in for the cartoon accuracy? Or are you just here for the retro vibes? Sound off in the comments below and let us know what you think!

Indeed, they retained even the scale problems that ultimately put me off trying to fill the gaps in my Action Master collection.

And once we have Devastator to for Bumblebee to be the same size as...YES, wave 3 totally needs ReAction Unicron! And Spike.

I wont even be a little bit surprised if/when that happens. To their credit Bumblebee is a little smaller than everyone else, as I'm sure Rumble will be as well.

I'd be more down for this is they had elbow and knee articulation. I know they have standard reaction articulation, but still.

Only 5 points of articulation
They remind me of those ones I saw at Wal-Mart
That look real cheap with less articulation
I thought these would have the cell shaded look
And have the ability for dynamic poses
I am very disappointed with these

Static Masters - got it ;)^

The ReAction figures started out as a cool idea, but have since jumped the beanie baby shark (same as the funko pop figures and McFarlane before them). Doesn't mean that I don't still want the Soundwave figure :BANG_HEAD:

The ReAction logo is styled after Kenner's... Huh, neat.

I might be wrong, but I think they started off using old Kenner molds of Alien figures, that may or may not have been released. But then went crazy and "ReActioned" every thing.

EDIT: been wondering this myself for some time so I looked it up. Seems the original ReAction figures were based on Kenner prototype figures for the Alien movie. The molds were never made and the figures never released.

Super7 used a mix of castings of some of the prototypes and pictures to recreate the the first series of ReAction figures.

Just like Action Masters, but with less articulation and detail.

I like the packaging more than anything. Might be a buy or might not. Will have to stew on it.

What's the appeal of these meant to be?

Maybe a homage to the Action Masters?

Indeed.

A lot of people seem mad about the lack of articulation or whatever, but that’s kinda the point of the ReAction figure line. They’re meant to feel like old action figure toys, nothing that’s gonna be too complex or articulated.

I mean we’re already getting tons of amazing figures for these characters anyways in other TF lines, it’s kinda dumb to complain about these specific figures (not even mainline Hasbro toys).

The price is the only thing that bothers me, but you can bet I’ll be grabbing a Starscream.

Will get an Optimus to add to my horde of Prime's - Mostly because I can't find my original Action Master.

But other than that, I don't see the appeal, especially at the price point that they are selling at. I can get a nice transforming KO for that money.

I remember these. You youngsters might not remember them, but back in my day we used to call them "Action Masters". So.. not entirely sure how I feel about this specific line. It's a little nostalgic for me, and yet I remember not liking Action Masters very much...

Wow these look surprisingly good, with some sharp AF paint decos, but a little smaller than expected. Will be getting Soundwave for shrine reasons.

They are so G1 cartoon accurate, does that make these "Action Masterpiece" figures?

But the Action Masters had more possibility (granted just knee joints) and had their partners.
