if unicron was any better this would never of got made, it got made becuase if how poor it is, no offence to original designer, as he obviously was given a brief of only 10 parts tops, surprised univron was designed off an anime model and not the other way round as he would of been a big seller at xmas, and a robot planet can agfford not to be perfectly round to make a robot mode in toy easier to make back in the day. Considering transformers at there peak, it’s weird how they actualy put less effort into production, hoping gimicks would be enough. As before they had more effort so they actualy must of gone for maximum profit before the franchise died like all of the others do. Also why did uk get only meyeoplex one year and sxorponok the next. And now we get mp figures in argos on sale for £15 and back then they sold out, corporate employs are such idiots, they think becuase they make prodit off someone elses idea they have done well, when actualy they are loosing millions but no one will know becuase they don’t really understand the product, hence that unicron even being prototyped

Also I definently think that some of the moderators or longtime members are actualy hasbro employees that jave there jobs relying on the succsess or feedback of there performance on transformers and other brands. As agressive responses I get to comments that seem to come from who is suposedly an adult fan but for some reason seems to prefer all the things that are revent decisions and go against everything that made transformers great in the first place, and it turns out everything I said was right, and not only right but even I think some things like a proper return to g1 has been overkilled in some areas, but im so happy we mvht ne getting a g1 style movie, bay wasted so much time and made me embarassed to say i am a fan

I dunno I still like the Bayverse aesthetic even if the movies can be a headache.
Just gimme some good toys and I'm sold.

I can't believe people still complain about the Bay aesthetic some 15 years later like it isn't a well established design implementation yet. I'm not saying everyone has to like it, but after it has endured for so long people should be past the point of brining it up in off topic complaints by now, it's just ridiculous. At this point there's adults in college that had the 07 movie as their introduction to Transformers when they were little kids. Time to move on.

Anyway, looks like Unicron wont be coming with that gun seen on the back of the card after all.

Oh yeah, huh, those mockups don't seem to show the gun at all. That's quite the goof, unless there's been a change of plans. A shame if it truly doesn't come with the gun, but I at least still appreciate the deep cut of this figure nonethelss.

I really want to like the Super7 line more, but the prices do me in. Why I like all the upcoming figures, Unicron will probably be the only one I get.

I can assure you that no one on staff is on Hasbro's payroll.

Hmmm...I didn't get Siege Quintesson and now looking at the Super 7 version I'd like to see a review when available and I will decide then for sure...'nuff said! :VEHI:

With any luck, it could relatively be in scale with Generations figures.

If you consider 4" including the thrust effect in scale then they're perfect. I think they're too small. Definitely something I would have to hold in hand to be sure.

Too small by a lot, or just a smidge? Because if it's not by much, they would do the job pretty nicely in a TF Movie 1986 display.

I would say a lot, but like I said before, I really need to have one in my hands to know for sure. I think a 6" figure would have worked with Generations figures better.

Maybe the last one isn't a great example...

So, the voyager Quintesson is better.
Still, the S7 one will work well if you want to make the court scene on a high shelf or something. In that case, they just need to be the same and they just display together so the scale wouldn't matter.

$24.00

Estimated Shipping
Mid-December 2022

Super7 has a somewhat shaky reputation with release dates. So take that December window with a pinch of salt.

Did those just go up on Super7? I ordered mine on BBTS back in September. Same price, same release windows (4th quarter 2022).

Yeah, they (wave 6) weren't there yesterday. Already listing Unicron as "limited stock" too.

I have had mine ordered through EE for a couple of months now. Same convo; price and release date is same ballpark. At least with EE, i could get a discount code and free shipping vs S7.

I recall there were some Transformers shot glass from Super7, a couple years ago. The shipping was two to three times the price of the glasses. That was worst than BBTS.

The only time i have ordered from them directly, was when they had the Black Friday exclusive Reaction TF releases. Even then, i had to bump up my order a bit to get the shipping to where it was justified for more figures. I understand it is a tactic to drive sales to their partner sites but it does seem to always be overly exorbitant to the point of dismissal for me.

Greetings Seibertronians!

Fellow Seibertron user, Bumblevivisector, has alerted us to some new listings that have appeared over on Big Bad Toy Store. What are they for? Beast Wars ReAction figures from Super7!

Image

According to the listings, we're set to get Optimus Primal, BW Megatron, Cheetor, Dinobot, and Blackarachnia. The release date is set to June 2023 with a price of $19.99. There is no pictures as of this writing.

The ReAction line was created by Super7 to homage the looks of the 1977 Kenner star wars action Figure line, keeping to the 3 points of articulation they had. The ReAction logo is even designed to resemble the Kenner logo and is in a similar place.

Will you be keeping an eagle eye on these? Let us know in the Energon pub and stay tuned to Seibertron for all the latest news and reviews!

I'm still waiting for that damn Bludgeon to come out.
Whats up with that pre-order limbo?

Being ReAction there isn't a lot I would want, but if they could make a decent Transmutate or the Vox with stands or even some primitive kids I'd be all over them.
