Animal-to-Vehicle Transformers?

I was thinking about how we were cheated out of a bunch of cool Decepticon character designs from RiD15, and it got me thinking about how many actual animal-to-vehicle there are out there. All of the RiD15 figures were either tiny (Legion Class Springload), awkward and barely articulated (One-Step Springload), or really more of an animal-ish design (all of the Warrior Class Decepticons). Outside of that we got an Alternators version of Ravage and a bunch of cassettes, which, you know, aren't vehicles. Am I missing anything? It just seems like it's an underused concept in the actual toy arm of the franchise.

Animals to Vehicles... you hit the nail on the head with Alternators Jaguar XK Ravage and RiD 2015 Springload, but there's a third:
Transformers: Robots In Disguise Underbite GalleryThe concept is practiced more in KO'ish lines like Godly Beast Combiner found on SirToys. Not the best (though S4 is pretty good), but they still count.

Well, there's Trypticon and his space cruiser/mobile battlestation mode:

The Titans Return spy tablet versions of the cassettes have vehicle modes FWIW, and ROTF Ravage turns into what can be charitably called a vehicle. As does DOTM Laserbeak (An attack plane for his regular toy, a speeder bike for his HA one).

Does this count?
G1 Doubledealer
If it counts then I think the Horrorcons count as well. Not familiar with Animal-to-Vehicle formers, but I do know Alternators Ravage.

Glarryg means transformers with animal robot modes.

Well, you could conceivably limit that Doubledealer to the animal and vehicle modes, so it's not necessarily off the list. The TR "cassette/tablet-formers" are technically triple-changers, too.

Technically the bird mode is his Decepticon mode so as far as other Decepticons would be concerned or for the purposes of a Decepticon display, he counts.

Rescue Bots had a toy-only minicon sized figure named Growl that turned from a dog into a motorcycle. There's also the upcoming motorcycle Grimlock from the Rescue Bots Academy toys.
A handful of the Titan Master partner vehicles, such as the ones for Apeface and Shuffler, have a vehicle mode and a beast mode. though I'm not sure if you want to count them.
EDIT: Oh, and we somehow forgot the obvious...

Beyond stuff like Sky Lynx. technically, all the standard bipedal "robot" modes are "animals" at least if they're humanoid or humanish in design. Exceptions arguably would be the more mecha type stuff like g1 Ironhide/Ratchet (toys, not character models) that Takara never intended as sentient robots in the first place, or maybe guys with no "face" like Shockwave.
