Yes! Love that figure, it's such a unique stylized mold. Looking back, it's almost an early version of movie Nemesis Prime.

Could be, or I think it could also work as an Optimus that has been revived ala Ghost Rider to send souls to hell. Man, now that sounds cool, he needs a hell hound partner

Stopped by one of the big collector’s stores nearby and they had a lot of awesome stuff!

Here’s my thoughts on everything:

2007 Dropkick: I’ve wanted to get my hands on this mold for a long time, and it does not disappoint! The deco is awesome (I love the giant con badge), and the transformation is fun! Robot mode looks great, mine is missing the truck bed weapon, which I don’t mind. He has some built in weapons anyway!

ROTF Battlefield Bumblebee: I’ve had this mold sealed on card for a while, but this is my first time with an opened one! It’s super interesting, only the legs are carried over from the 07 Bee mold. The backpack folds up in an interesting way, and there’s actually a molded interior for alt mode! The chest unfortunately doesn’t break up (which is why I skipped on it back in the day), but it’s still a very neat figure.

DOTM Cyberverse scanning Bumblebee: Man, what a cool deco! There’s so many paint apps on this figure, the grid lines go over the whole back half of the vehicle! Paint is a little chipped but nothing I can’t fix. Also nice that they retooled the arm to hold a weapon!

DOTM Cyberverse Ratchet’s lunar crawler: This may be the most obscure deco Ratchet has had, but it looks good! The crawler is neat, I think it’ll look really cool with the Roller who came with the Ark. I love that the mini rover that turns into a blaster was actually in the movie!

Nice haul!

I just got that Ratchet last year, fun little set.

I also just got a cannon bee mold last year for the first time, I enjoy it, and wish more toys acknowledged his shoulder cannons.

Dropkick is excellent, love him!

Lots of great stuff there.
I agree about the oversized logo.
RTS Strafe has one as well and they both look great.

Been a little bit, so I got a bunch of new photos for you all, including some new hauls and some new movie shelf setups!

First up, I got these3

I give you: the SS RotB cast

ThreeZero Optimus is still a beauty

Image

Arcee really did have a fantastic 07 design

Image

This is still probably the best Ironhide has EVER looked

Image

Wheeljack and Megatron are nice additions, even if both needed some more work

The newly redone movie shelves. I think they came out spectacularly.

D-Max, I'm astounded by the volume of your collection. It was something I strove for years ago, before Combiner Wars made me realize I would have neither the space or financial means to achieve it.

The only drawback to this manner of display that I can think of is that since they're jammed together so much maybe the details of the individual bots get lost in the crowd. Perhaps they look different in person.

Regardless, congrats on the collection, I'm sure it will just keep growing, and I'm glad I was able to contribute to it.

Thank you, and thank you for your contributions as well.

I think it looks better in person, photos are hard to capture the scale. Plus, i use spice rack risers, so it helps create a little more separation too

Awesome stuff D-Max! Looking forwards to setting all my stuff up one day.

There was a big toy show nearby that I stopped by and found some cool stuff!

The legends class 2-pack was a cool find, and my first time owning the 07 legends Prime mold! The decos are really neat on these.

While it’s just one component, it’s neat to have part of legends Devastator! Pretty cool that they were able to get a robot, alt, and combined mode at this scale. He also seems to have the concept art head that was used on the G1 repaint of voyager Mixmaster that was packed with a Hoist redeco of Longarm!

Wasn’t planning on picking up the big AOE flip and change Bee, but for $5 I figured I’d give it a try. It uses the same butterfly knife transformation as several one steps (High Octane Bee, Drift), but the torso piece doesn’t really sit flush against the rest of the body.

The smaller Bumblebee is from the DOTM rock-em sock-em like line, as I recall they did 2 2-packs. Interesting that it’s tooled from the DOTM Camaro but uses the 07/ROTF stripes!

Now that I have Armorhide, the Landmine trilogy is complete! It’s such a good mold, and they’re a pretty great looking group!

Just picked up another legends class figure, this time it’s Jetfire!

It’s a really neat little figure! Robot mode proportions are a bit off but it captures the essence of the design really well. The legs in particular are great, and I like that he has his cane. Alt mode is a reasonably accurate recreation given the scale, and of course he can combine with Optimus. It is pretty much just Prime wearing an SR-71 as a backpack, but it’s very fun!

After finding 2007 Classic Camaro Bumblebee and ROTF Battlefield Bumblebee earlier this year, I now have all the pre-Studio Series deluxe class Bayverse Bumblebee molds! Had to get a group picture of the bunch, hopefully Studio Series updates to the AOE and TLK Bees aren't too far away!
