Excellent!
http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/prod ... ode=retail"As a service to those without a Walmart in their area or country, we have buyers who will gather inventory for us. This item will ship out shortly after the general release as our buyers can gather stock."
I was REAL annoyed that this was going to be a Walmart exclusive because I, like many other Seibertronians live in countries without Walmarts and they don't ship internationaly - I thought I'd never get this guy, cause there's no way I'll pay online auction prices.
I was incredibly close to getting an expencive original Takara MP Screamer, even though the colours suck, just because the bot mode is so awesome but now I can get the G1 version -
JOY!Even if BBTS are charging an extra $20 for it(ontop of their crazy expensive international shipping) I'll pay.
I've pre ordered one and now have a smile on my face.

You'll need an MP-03 anyway to portray TC till they do a repaint for him.

Speaking of Walmart, is it in the US only? I find it really surprising that with all the money they make, they haven't expanded overseas yet.

They tried in Germany, but failed misrably cos of hig prices and crap service + the workers rebeled cos of the workers code not to fall inlove with eachother and the below standered pay.
Now Real bught them.

Mmmm nah, TC needs to be sky blue with black & red trim or it's no deal.
Although TC's release is surely only a matter of time but the anime accurate Starscream is the only version of this mold I want... if only someone will make a "coronation gear" set for it

So you are passing on Skywarp?

Well, yeah - the latest pictures of him make it look like they are going for a real world paint scheme like on MP-03 rather than a anime accurate one, which I dislike.
It is a shame because glossy black, purple and silver are a great scheme.
Hasbro may do a non exclusive anime skywarp(and TC) release - if they do then I'll bite.

$94.99 Hmm..

I wonder if the Wal-Mart Starscream will be the same price or if it will be lower?

lol no the walmart one is cheaper didn't they quote something like $60? so yeah you are paying $30 for the "service".
Honestly cheaper to order it from walmart online and have it shipped to you, and if you have a store locally do site to store shipping and save the shipping costs.
I know that BBTS is a sponsor and all but the markups drive me crazy.

I had searched walmart.com... and I couldn't find the Hasbro Starscream. I wonder if he will
start to be availible for preorder in September-October or if he will be availible for regular ordering in September-October

and now with the site to store shipping in nearly all stores in August you can have the item sent to your local store and save the shipping, very handy if your walmart doesn't get exclusives.
Mine are like that I have to order in special what I want, now if its on the site I can get it.

The worst part about this is it's true scalping. They're sending out goons to buy up all the starscreams they see. Which means if one of you doesn't ever see one at your local wal-mart, guess who you can thank?
Some f'ing service. I'll hook people up cost + shipping. Just pm me when the figure releases.

I won't blame it on them because my local Walmarts suck and never, ever saw Constructicon Devastator, or Alternators Rumble and Ravage.
So what's the hitch with online than? Stock runs out?

That's only somewhat true.
I know for a fact Wal-Mart gets exclusives and never stock them. I have all the exclusives that are or were available in the last year because I had to find people who work in the stores to get them out of the back for me, not because they were ever stocked.
Even after we cracked the cases open, they went back into the back room and never got stocked.
