For anyone who shops at Target, Snapdragon and Quintesson are both showing $10 off at $19.99 with a BOGO 50% off coupon, so you can essentially BOGO free in this scenario price wise

I bet Takara will make an absurdly expensive limited edition of ER Scorponok into Select Black Zarak.

It's impossible that it's not already planned.
I do esteem it likely, but what did that have to do with what you quoted? :P

So it looks like everything that was shown is not suppose to be released until august or fall 2020. With wave 1 hitting now and the walmart wave hitting in april, what is going to fill the early summer spot? Are they just going to leave it open or is that when wave 2 of the walmart figs come out? Seems very strange how late they are releasing some of the figures this time. Maybe ER is all messed up since they pulled up figures to make siege wave 5? Will ER stretch into 2021 to get it to have 4 waves, or will it just be done in 2020 after wave 3. So many question, but no answers :(

It actually makes complete sense.

for Siege in 2019, Wave 1 was released around November 2018, wave 2 started showing up in Spring 2020, then late summer for wave 3 and wave 4 was mid-fall.

Jump to this year, Siege wave 5 "essentially" serves as Earthrise wave 1 (holiday season 2019), so wave 2 AKA Earthrise wave 1 is starting to show up now and will be around a while. Wave 2 Earthrise will be summer/late summer, and wave 3 will be the fall, following the general release schedule. Earthrise wave 4 will then be the wave that starts showing up around the holidays.

Talking about Scorponok and "Zarak".
So that was close enough. [-(

Doubledealer has a chest compartment, similar to Soundwave. It is demonstrated in the Earthrise video on Seibertron.com's Youtube channel. The feature is briefly shown around the 2:15 mark in the video.

I meant how long till figures get discounted? On Amazon for instant.

Like Skyfire, as much as I like that figure I think the reduced price made more sense. So I'm going to hold off on figures that aren't as important to me.

I see that Target has a great sale already on the upcoming figures but there's no shipping. Oh well.

It would be black friday if there is any discount. Sometimes there arent any. When you wait for a reduced price, you roll the dice. I rolled the dice on Greenlight and failed. Many rolled the dice on Siege Skywarp and ended up paying more.

How many are left? Just Sunstorm and Bitstream? I don't know if Slipstream would have the same mold since she's considered a female?

I posted a full list of seekers once upon a time, and that includes these 2 and at least Nacelle I think

Honestly I'm more fine with that than I am with her being a repaint/remold of Windblade. It's a good stand in, but the fan wings just annoy me for some reason

Like, this is a neo-G1 line, not a neo-Animated line. G1 didn't have the hyper-stylized bodies of Animated. Those are fine in Animated (it's their home territory), but characters imported from that to G1 shouldn't have to suffer on account of being made to still look like the Animated design style.

Slipstream in neoG1 form (from the Siege mold) just need a slightly retooled head and a slight retool of the easily popped Starscream chestpiece, you know that one bit everyone hate because they forgot the pin. I'm not saying it needs to go full boob plate but it could be remolded into something more akin to what Chromia has, which clearly indicate a slightly more feminine body shape. I haven't handled the Earthrise seeker mold (nor do I intend to until we get coneheads, maybe) but I suppose similar retooling could take place.

In all honesty, Starscream isn't exactly depicted as the most blocky, 'muscular' masculine body shape anyway. He's very square-shaped, yes, but his toys often have very long legs and his Siege mold even has some heels. Given the main design cue and appeal of Seekers is their mass produced, near identical body type I imagine a female retool wouldn't really need to look different. Seekers tendency toward long and lanky makes them a bit androgynous anyway, at least compared to molds which have a clearly more 'muscle guy' proportion, like say Optimus Prime: big wide shoulder, big torso, thinner waist and legs meant to evoke a larger upper body muscle mass.

So yeah, there isn't really a need to retool Slipstream out of a fembot mold, especially since she's supposed to be part of a mass produced body type.

Well...

As far that I'm concerned, Starscream as he is could be a fembot just by changing his voice.
The French dub of the original TF Movie thought this way:

And honestly, it work very well! ;)

Its technically neither Siege nor Earthrise as it is listed as "War for Cybertron Series-Inspired" but I ordered Decepticon Mirage from Walmart's site and apparently they have all the Netflix-branded figures, plus all the reveals from yesterday.

I think the fact that he was already titan class works well enough to match Sky Lynx.
