lol, that's the continual downside of pre-ordering from amazon, they just leave orders open after they run out of stock and assume they'll get another shipment, good luck getting them, they look cool

Yeah, I'm supposed to get them on Monday. If it doesn't happen, I'll either bite the eBay bullet or just say screw it and go without. I have the OG seekers set.

Pre-Ordered on Target.com back in March. (Expected 9/1)
Delayed to 9/14
Delayed to 9/18
Out Of Stock (sorry you can cancel your order and we wont charge you for it)
oh ok we found some more we're going to ship it
ship it
ship it
ok we have a label for you, It's a Fedex tracking #, but we're linking to UPS...
after copy/paste and running it through FedEx, It says the label was originated in York PA. usually Target orders for me come from OR or WA because I'm on the west coast. Interesting that this has to come from PA (the same state a s the first B&M sighting if I am correct?)
Are there no other shipments of wave 2 in the entire country???
still says I'm supposed to have it by 9/18, here's to hoping. :BANG_HEAD:

This was the only wave 2 figure I wanted, but man what a pain. I told my daughter if I ever saw ER Arcee in store, I'd get it foe her, at this rate I doubt that will ever happen.

Dude, stop trying to make any sense out of it, you'll drive yourself nuts (if you haven't already). Especially if I tell you I'm in Chicago and my 3rd Airwave is shipping from Tucson, AZ, while the other 2 came from Tennessee.

No clue how they are (dis)organizing things.

So, first step in the process is that Product goes from Customs to a Hasbro warehouse. No clue where that is, surely they have a west coast facility because most sightings seem to ahow up there, but Providence is a safe guess.

Once Hasbro has confirmed they got all of the cases from the factory and that a container didnt like fall in the oceab,, they start to fulfill the Target Orders. Its very likely those go yo a single main Hub for Target and then get broken down into regional Distribution, which then gets broken to a main hub for each State, which sends them to Hubs that cover the counties, then finally on to each store. It's POSSIBLE Hasbro has an arrangement with places to send to multiple regional hubs, but I doubt it.

Anyway, what you said is not far off: Target started fulfilling Air Wave preorders from whatever Warehouse had stock in first. In this case, it was York PA. Probably, York had stock first because it was closest to Providence. The Container full of Transformers bound for the other Warehouses, including the ones that your orders typically are fulfilled from, were probably either still en-route or hadallocated all of the stock to Stores first (I get the impression that Target stocks their store shelves first before filling Pre-Orser stock) when York popped up in the system as having stock.

I think by Sunday I'll have the other three Wave 2 Deluxes so Amazon is slowly getting back on track.

Reminds me of every time I see 2 logging trucks on the highway pass each other, what's that about. ;)

That would be a whole other exercise in frustration. Both of mine shipped Fedex and both arrive tomorrow. I live in the south suburbs of Chicago, less than 10 miles from the Indiana border. Both of my packages got routed through Indianapolis, then to a Fedex location in Chicago this morning, then to another location in Munster, IN where the trucks that serve my town come out of. Yep, they will have crossed the IL/IN border 3 times in under 24 hours on the way here. Same thing happens when I order from BBTS.

How many shipping warehouses does Target use? My Airwave shipped Monday from MA via UPS and arrived today. Allicon also shipped Monday from TN via FedEx and arriving Friday. Smokescreen and Arcee shipped 9/2 from IN via FedEx and arrived Sunday. They're really just coming from everywhere. For some reason the address label on that last one had the wrong city (Augusta) listed even though all of these are from the same order. Thankfully it still arrived fine.

I got the Allicon yesterday, and Airwave and Smokescreen today. Arcee arrives tomorrow. I thought I would be bored by Smokescreen, but it's much nicer than the Siege version. I have to get out his Siege shoulder cannons to see if the whole package works.

Target is just shipping things left and right as they come in, not filling full orders but just shooting product to people one at a time for some reason. I pre-ordered Snapdragon, the Quint, and Smokescreen all at the same time. Snapdragon came the beginning of the month, Smokescreen will be here next week, and while the Quint hasn't shipped yet I was finally charged for him today completing out the order.

Jeeze, man. Mine were delayed too, but I've had them for like two weeks now.

Amazon Canada is only shipping them out to me in October

All this is making me somewhat nervous for Ironhide/Prowl in November.

Meanwhile wave 2 deluxes for retail here have been cases of only Smokescreen. Doesn't bother me much as I'm only wanting the Allicon and it makes sense to get the quint pit of judgement first depending how it is offered over seas (pulse con is doing general sales for us/Canada on the 2nd day and first day is for paid pulse members).
Fingers crossed it's not through Amazon.

Smokescreen is the only one I want from wave 2, and I'm debating getting him online or waiting for a B&M appearance. Amazon and Pulse haven't made good impressions on me this past month. But neither has Target or Wal-Mart. :-?

Do you have a pic of a case with just him in it? Because confirming he is being shipped in solid cases could be interesting.

Yeah, I thought that was kinda crazy, too. Smokescreen doesn't have his own SKU number.

Just a quick correction on this.
I live in RI; Hasbro has not had a functional warehouse of scale here since the late 80's - 90's.
The corporate offices are located in Pawtucket and Providence, with a small mold works in Central Falls.

Otherwise, the distro warehouse that does service the US, specifically east of the Mississippi River and generally east of the Rocky Mountains, is in Jonestown, PA.
That was the site of the Omega Supreme blowout not too long after his release.
https://imperialholocron.com/hasbro-warehouse-sale-brings-pre-christmas-deals/

Not sure about a west coast location; Long Beach, CA or that vicinity would make sense due to the proliferation of the docks there.

I like him more than I do Ironworks which surprised me. I even figured out how to make a proper tank mode out of him for the Hothouse repaint which makes me very happy since none of the stock photos suit him.

My Allicon was supposed to arrive today from Target, but FedEx is cruelly teasing me. On his way to Maine he went up from CT to NH, but then today he went back to CT. :BANG_HEAD:

Sadly no, a store worker might be able to provide one. Has to be the erm.. Case... It is the only deluxe of the wave that Smyths has had in store online/in store. Its not as though any of the others have been sighted/available to buy and they are showing different dates for his wave mates (allicon etc) to arrive on their website.
I know picking staff could have been lazy but the chances of them only picking loads of only smokescreen for fifty plus retail stores over sending out sealed assortment cases is unlikely. Siege Smokescreen wasn't available at retail, so its not as though his wave mates have been used to fill preorders and left loads of just him available.

Can you share how you did this? I tried to pull that off with my copy and I didn't like anything I came up with. Both airport modes and the robot mode are fine, but I didn't like the G1-style rocket base, plus it's not a good fit for Hothouse anyway.

Has anyone else used Megalopolis.toys? I ordered Exhaust and Greasepit back before they were actually revealed and they shipped out right away. Now, however, I've been waiting for a month for ER Starscream and Sky Lynx to actually ship. I emailed them and they said they were waiting on a case of Screamers to show up but that was a week ago. I saw Sky Lynx at Target today and wanted to grab him but I've seen on Twitter that others have had issues with canceling orders from them.

Along with Sky Lynx, there were four ER seeker sets, 3 Cyberverse seeker sets, and three MPM Starscreams. A bunch of Grapples, Hoists, and Wheeljacks were on the pegs. Oh, lol, and about five Siege Shockwaves. Grapple will keep him good company I think.

No wave 2 at my Targets and I was hoping I'd see an Allicon as that is probably the one wave 2 figure I don't have on order that I'd like to get.

Some collectors who like to keep the box had theirs sent with no outer box. It was straight up slapped with a shipping label and sent on its way. The first people to get theirs seems to be the only group to have theirs shipped like that, people like myself who got theirs a week later got theirs shipped in boxes with no trouble.

One theory I saw was that Prime members got the outer box (I did), but a buddy of mine just got the package art with a label on it (and doesn't have Prime).

I've tried Megalopolis and have found them to be completely terrible. They had Snapdragon listed as in-stock when in truth they were waiting for the shipment. Because of this I couldn't cancel the order without incurring a 15% restocking fee. Long story short I had to open a complaint with PayPal to get my full money back. I wasn't the only one to have this problem.

Mine came in an Amazon box with a shipping label still slapped on the packaging box. Makes no sense.

Speaking of Amazon I don't even have an ETA on Smokescreen even though come Sunday I'll have the rest of the figures of the wave. The going theory is Amazon is getting straight cases of individual figures.

Not exactly an accurate theory seeing as I don’t have Amazon Prime but got my set in a shipping box. :-?
