Everything that guy sells is real. If it's a protoype or test shot he would have stated so. Reguardless those would be "real" as well. That looks like a production version to me.

Cool! This is the first time we see the back of the packaging. Not surprising he's popping up on eBay now, Hasbro said he was coming out in September, that's sooner than you think!

Love this figure, love the design, love the character, can't wait to pick him up! He's a must-have!

Chuckle. What arrogance Must be mad to pay the USD$40 to ship to the States when you guys can wait till September and buy him for USD$47.99. I vote save your money for another Leader Class figure, movie Prime if you can still find him, and good luck to him.

On another note, when people like this sell something that isn't released yet, how do they get the product? A couple of people PM'd me in response to my query that some of these products might very well have been filched from the production lines. So would someone selling on ebay who couldn't explain how he got the product be legal or not?

At least it consoles me that in the picture of tank mode no head pops up, so the earlier photo releases confirms what you guys have told me: guy's mistransformed!
