so i just came back from my local walmart, and now im PISSED! i went there everyday this week, and each day they had VERY little TF toys, so i knew they were going to restock soon. well i went today to check

they had a crapload of arcees, crapload of dreadwings, crapload of recon barricade (or w/e its called, but it was a FAB), and crapload of everything else... BUT NO BB! I JUST MISSED IT! AHHHHHHHHHHH

so i went to the next nearest walmart... they didnt even restock. hmm. well im gonna go check the NEXT closest walmart later today, and i will be crossing my fingers

if walmart restocked today, when will their next restock day be???

I'd like to have the '08 Bumblebee as much as the next guy butit isn't worth getting this angry about. At the end of the day it's just a toy.

2. Sure its a toy but its still awsome

3. what was with that ghost thing up there thats got nothing to do with bumblebee or transformers in general

I feel your frustration too, especially when I now that they are out not because normal human beings bought them, but because of those cursed scalpers. But he's right. It's just a toy. I don't mean that in a dismissive way. I mean that in saying it's just a toy which got sold out, which means an almost automatic reorder, which means an almost automatic manufacture from China. Be patient, it's gonna come. And when it does you'll look back and laugh at how just a few months ago you were wasting time going around hunting.

I don't think it works that way. Does it? The way I understand it they get cases that contain so many of each figure. If they still have a brazillion Wreckages and Swindles on the shelf (like my stores do) are they going to re-order more cases for one or two figures?

i feel your pain man but dude i would have been happy with the arcee and dreadwing cause i really want those i checked all the stores today and toys r us had the nerve to tell me that they are holding all wave 4 toys for another sale closesr to the end of the month so the guy said yeah we have them but you can't buy them then when i talked to the manager he said that they can "sit" on products as long as they want lame

Unfortunately, every Walmart operates a little differently since they focus on competing with the other nearby retailers.

There are lot worse things that could ruin your day. For example, you could have excruciatingly painful projectile diarrhea... I'm assuming you don't, so you can be happy for that.

...that no one buy ebay scalpers can seem to get! It may be just a toy, but no toy should be this frustrating to get. The Targets, TRU's, and Walmarts seem to be purposefully NOT stocking BB. I mean, the case ratio is supposed to be 2BB, and 1 of each of the rest. That should mean there would be a lot of BB's on the pegs. So, where are they?

Yesterday I went 80 miles to 4 Targets, 1 Wal-Mart, and 2 TRU's, and none of them had ANYTHING except for 1 Deluxe Arcee that fall on my head, so I bought her.

An employee at my local Walmart told me they restock the toy shelves every night. What gets put on the shelves depends on what they have sitting in the back. I don't know how often they receive new shipments, though.

Whoa whoa whoa. Is this true? Can anyone confirm? Those bastards have been holding back on me...

Wow. I got lazy, so I have only hit up the local TRU and Wal-Mart today. I don't even want the '08 one, I want the '74 one. Both places were barren of any deluxe and voyager figures.

They are supposed to restock every night. 95% of the time the people bring stuff out from the back, put it in the isles and leave it for a few hours while they go on break.

Then they come back and take it all in the back again. They also have WAY more in the back than they bring out during the "restock hours" usually 10-11PM - 2AM.

I'm not trying to demean anybody who wants the '08 Bumblebee, I know I'd probably be pretty excited to find one around here. I just think people tend to get a little nutty over a toy that will most likely be clogging the shelves a month or two from now. I'm willing to bet that there will be tons of them come Christmas time.

Probably not a fair trade considering what the little bastards are selling for on ebay, but as long as we both get what we want right?

Don't feel bad. I got screwed as well. The one night I chose not to go (last night) they got them in and sold out this afternoon.

All those Arcees, Dreadwings, etc are clogging the pegs. I won't see a '08 Bumblebee anytime soon at this rate.

Just be happy you get loads of these.
None of those are avaiable in the Netherlands and I really want Arcee and Dreadwing. Got '74 BB, so the 08 version isn't as important to me as a whole different character.

Stop your whining and think of collectors in far worse locations

Or better yet, think of some REAL problems which are worth getting angry over.

what you need to realize, is that every kid, and adult who wants to get into it that saw the movie is gonna go after bumblebee. so even if they put 5 of them in a case, theyre gonna vanish.

trucks come in EVERY night..... they arent like tru where trucks show up once every week......

I know exactly how you feel about this, as I had gone to my local wal-mart and saw that they had Dreadwing but no Arcee or 08 Bumblebee.

Bumblebee will be a popular figure because its a great design and the main character of the movie.

Only been a week I'm sure we will see this figure available for months.

We haven't even seen the new wave here in town yet.

Haven't seen one yet in-store.

But one day we will find it, and one day we will own one.

Nope sorry you're right. I was talking about toys in general, I forgot that fact that they came in assortment cases for the TF Deluxes.

However I'm still confident that Hasbro knows by now that since BB08 is HOT, they might start selling them to distributors in cases of BBs. It'll still sell out in a flash, at least where I am
