At the very very end of their run, Run Pub snuck in one final SG comic that took place in a SG version of the G1 cartoon universe, in which the Decepticons had their classic G1 bodies but with the SG color schemes. As such, these new SG toys may more closely resemble those SG designs.

Rumored to be coming in 2022. But seeing as how we were told many times by leakers that Terrorsaur isn't happening there's no telling how accurate that is now.

Having actually kept an eye on some of the more "reputable"/reliable leakers, it lowkey irks me when people out of the loop accuse them of unreliability for not knowing everything in advance. The specific leaker who provided both the info on 2022 tarantulas and now on terrorsaur's description has said on multiple occasions both before and after surprises like this that their primary source of information only has consistent access to mainline/mass retail, with the occasional selects figure. They very specifically do not have reliable info on retailer exclusives and sublines like galactic odyssey or the upcoming golden disc line terrorsaur is part of. In fact, iirc, in the window between the kingdom full mass retail lineup leak and when '22 info started coming in, they specifically brought up the fact that they didn't have access to store exclusives to say not to give up hope on tarantulas/bw inferno/terrorsaur just yet.

That being said, 2022 is still in the 'preparing for pitching to exececutives' phase, and hasn't reached the point where they lock everything in/ prune down to final lineup. Remember that kingdom's original pitch had polar claw, gears, deluxe tigatron, and the sabretooth cat fossilizer, but the final lineup dropped 3 of those, moved one to voyager and added shadow panther in its place.

Your first part is right on the money.

But the 2022 pitch part is over. New product has to be on shelves by Jan 2022, and a toy takes 2 years to make, so Hasbro knows full well what 2022 has in stores. The reason the leakers don't have more info on 2022 is because they are not at the retail phase, which means setting up release dates for waves and orders and all that stuff. But the 2022 pitch to corporate is done, it was done in 2020.

For me it still says orders are for premium members only, when to they open to the general populace? Wingfinger is cool, but the only one I need to pre order so far is the blast effects pack. That Triceratops redeco is awesome

* Edit

Ok they said 5pm EST(2pm my time). I just hope that special pack is available. That kind of sucks, there never done this before. But I guess free shipping wasn't a big enough draw for premium membership

Yeah. . . . not really impressed with the Ark's head sculpt, or the fact it has to have a robot mode at all. I think I would have preferred it transforming into a more elaborate Teletraan-1. Galvatron looks good, though. I might pick up Galvatron, the Ark is another easy skip.

In on Wingfinger, Rhinox, and maybe the Ark, pass on everything else

Most of the wave looks pretty good, I'll definitely be buying Scorponok (even though I'm not completely over my issues with it), Rhinox and Tracks. While I don't think Rhinox looks quite as good as the Thrilling 30 version, it's still turned out decent enough.
For any paleontology nerds on here, is Wingfinger based on any specific species of pterosaur? Or is it just a generic design not resembling any particular real species?

Tracks looks... Well, I should have tempered my expectations more cause I've seen the difference between MP Sunstreaker and Earthrise Sunstreaker, so that's on me. He looks good, but he's not the instant buy that I hoped he would be.

Rhinox also looks amazing. I kind of think the beast mode head is a tad off, but I also don't spend a lot of time looking at Rhinos.

It's nice we're getting Maximal Fossilizers, though I'm surprised we're getting an official Combiner. Hopefully Trans-Mutate and the Triceratops one will work fine for the combination, but it's cool that they included that.

Overall though, I think these reveals were really cool, but I definitely felt a tad underwhelmed compared to the Ark reveal from Wednesday. I do like that we have confirmation of both Golden Disks, but I'm still kind of confused as to how Teletraan-1 connects to the Ark

I might get the Shattered Glass stuff. It's 4 figures and comics by Guido. That's kind of a strong combination in my mind.

Wingfinger definitely looks awesome. I really like the creativity of the fossilizers. As for species, he’s probably a Pterodactyl. Neat that there are some mainline Maximal fossilizers now, so apparently they aren’t all Predacons.

All of Kingdom Wave 3 revealed at Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest + Shattered Glass Blurr

Alright, so Hasbro Pulse Fan Fest happened and the big take away was the entirety of Transfomrers Kingdom Wave 3. It is exactly as was predicted earlier on but now we have images. So you will see the newly revealed voyager Rhinox, deluxe Tracks and Wingfinger, and core class Soundwave and Draconite (which is a redeco of Vertebreak). There is also a blast effects pack that comes with a redeco of of Ractonite. A really big takeaway though is that the fossilizes have a planned combined mode with a dedicated combiner head.

There was also a reveal of a Pulse exclusive Shattered Glass line which will come with comics and exclusive covers. The first figure revealed was Blurr. While they say it is Pulse Exclusive, the fact that we got listings on Amazon Australia gives us an idea that Hasbro is finding other avenues for these toys in the international markets.

Lastly, they also revealed an Optimus Prime which can Transform by itself. It is available on Pulse for $699.

I will be pre-ordering literally everything except the $700 Optimus Prime, once the general public can order.

Closest match would be pteranodon ingens, due to the beak profile and back facing part of the crest, but that upward spike throws things off if you don't write it off as kibble.

Almost the same here, no SG for me either. But, the only thing I'm pre-ordering from Pulse is the Blast Effects pack, and 1 or 2 other items to get me free shipping, if there are any left once it opens up to the public. Otherwise, Amazon gets my pre-orders.

The biggest surprise was the Fossilizer combiner, that was super cool. Just a shame that two of the members are Predacons so it’s kinda weird. But hey, we got Transmutate and the new Maximal version of Ractonite coming so it kinda works out for me. Galvatron, Rodimus, Scorponok, and the Ark are exactly what I expected, though neat twist that the Ark has the Golden Disks. Draconite is incredibly lame, just a green Vertebreak, hard pass. Core Soundwave is actually super neat, didn’t think he’d come with a (non-transformable) Laserbeak. Rhinos I’m going to pass for now so far since I think I prefer the 2014 one, but if I see him in person I’ll bite. Tracks is amazing, definitely down for him.

"Oh sweet, new Tracks and Rhinox!"

*Actually sees them

"...huh."

Probably gonna stick with my Generations versions of both.

Honestly, only one of these I'll probably pick up is Scorponok.

I could not be online until 12:25pm and by then, the Ark had sold out on Hasbro Pulse - really putting that 50 dollar membership to use ... 8-(. Is the Ark a Pulse exclusive or will it be available at other retailers like Amazon, BigBadToyStore, etc.? Any info could help ease my anxiety.

I like the blast effects pack, although I would like to see Just a large Blast Effect Packs.
