The Core Class figures do scale well with Titans, I'll give them that. But its kind of like way back when...A friend of mine tried to convince me that Acton Masters had some merit. He put them next to combiners and such... Then I put Action Master Devastator next to them... kind of throws it out the window. ;)

I'm not saying these toys are bad by any means, just not my thing. Besides I understand that doing original series characters next to BW would be nearly impossible (since all Max/Preds shrunk themselves for the sake of fuel efficiency). Just as long as there is no Core Class Devastator, I guess we are ok

Transformers Legends, Legion and... whatever they were called after that have a wide variety of characters. All the seekers + Acidstorm, a decent Megatron, Powerglide, minibots, insecticons. There are a lot, they are my travel Transformers. And they only had a good optimus but he was too small (the one on the right in the picture). I wished back then, claiming he had a outstanding transformation, robot mode and vehicle mode and that transformation model should be used for a bigger figure. They actually did it, I think the core transformation is the same as the Legion Optimus. They should upscale this Optimus to Voyager if Hasbro feels crazy. I will 100% buy that.

Overall I like they threw in such a strange figure :)

I wasn't a big fan of this little Optimus when it was first revealed, but the more I look at it, the more I like it. Is there any chance we could get comparison pictures with the T30 legends figure?

Seibertron, are you still planning on shooting a gallery of comparison shots with Kingdom Primal and Megatron next to the 2006 10th anniversary set?

Are you also planning on slipping something big and orange into Cyclonus' gallery?

Do you mean Unicron? If so, Unicron will have pics related to him when I receive Unicron at a future date.

New Gallery: Transformers War for Cybertron Kingdom Deluxe Class WFC-K6 Warpath

BLAM! KAPOW! ZOWIE! Next up in our new galleries featuring the upcoming Transformers War for Cybertron Kingdom toy line is none other than WFC-K6 Warpath.

This deluxe class action figure of Warpath is the most G1 cartoon accurate version of this character to date that also mixes in some design elements from his G1 toy. Warpath even has a new shield accessory that forms the front underbelly of his tank mode. Don't forget to get this piece out from the backside of his interior packaging when you remove the toy from its packaging.

This massive gallery also features many comparison pics with other prominent versions of Warpath from his Takara United toy to even his Bot Shots toy. In addition, there are many pics comparing him with the rest of Kingdom Wave 1.

Warpath, along with the rest of the Kingdom toy line, is due to hit retail stores in the near future. Will you be adding him to your collection? After you finish checking out his full gallery by clicking any of the sample images below, make sure to stop by our forums to let us know what you think of this new version of Autobot warrior Warpath.

This does look like the best Warpath we've ever gotten.

Loving all the comparison pics too.

Though, something's wrong with the final page of Warpath's gallery.

EDIT: And now its fixed. Kudos.

I'm gonna spit a hot take here and say I actually think the old Thrilling 30 Legends scale Prime looked a bit better than this. Granted it was more IDW styled, but I have the Nemesis version and he's pretty alright.

That would have been a good one to include in Core Optimus Prime's gallery. Maybe at a later date I'll add some more pics but in meantime I'm trying to get the rest of Kingdom posted first!

Yes, I mean Unicron. And of course you don't have WFC Unicron yet, but don't you have, like, 5 different uses of the Armada mold? :P Including 2 that would be particularly good to use with Cyclonus?

Thinking about it, the Armada mold would be better for such a photo-op anyway. Easier framing and depth-of-field.

Weird how the box art and rear photo images have him with his barrel condensed into a nipple when he was always at attention in bot mode.

Really loving the looks of Warpath. As much as I loved the previous Deluxe, that figure could almost fit in a movie display.

New Gallery: Transformers War for Cybertron Kingdom WFC-K8 Optimus Primal

by Seibertron
With the release of Transformers War for Cybertron Kingdom toys just around the corner, I thought I'd try to finish up a few more galleries of figures from the first wave this past weekend. Special thanks to the Transformers brand team at Hasbro for sending us early copies of Kingdom last month.

Next up to get the Seibertron.com extensive gallery treatment is none other than Kingdom Voyager Class K-8 Optimus Primal. The Maximal leader gets what might arguably be the best representation of him released at regular retail to date. Hasbro and Takara Tomy really outdid themselves with this amazing action figure. While keeping with scale, Optimus Primal is a tad smaller than most Voyagers. However, what he lacks in size he more than makes up with features and posability. In addition to his iconic shaped swords, he also features his shoulder cannons and forearm cannons as well. While his robot mode harkens back to his Beast Wars cartoon look, his beast mode is a more realistic gorilla appearance this time around. It is a fantastic update to a much beloved character.

Optimus Primal and the rest of War for Cybertron Kingdom are due to be released in the near future at retail. Some of these products should arrive at the Seibertron Store later this week. You can also pre-order Kingdom products at online stores like Amazon.com as well as our various advertisers.

Will you be adding Optimus Primal to your collection? Are you a big fan of Beast Wars and are excited to see the Maximals and Predacons return to the main retail line? Share your thoughts about Primal and the other Kingdom galleries on our forums here.

Never collected Beast Wars, so these particular remakes don't really tempt me. More for other collectors!

Oh, so the sword grips, DON'T have to stick out in gorilla mode, contrary to every pic of this toy I've seen until now. Maybe I should have just cared enough to look harder before, but still, thanks for clearing that up, Seib!

Not that I needed any persuading to buy this entire line, possibly twice over to give to my younger relatives...and maybe kids of longtime friends I bonded with over BW...

Just got Warpath, Cheetor, Blackarachnia, and Paleotrex today.. first thing that hit me was the lack of the plastic shell that Siege and Earthrise had, instead they were just plastic tied to the cardboard backing; wonder why that is.

The figures themselves are decent, with Warpath being the best of the 4 imo. They just don't fit well with each other, and that's a shame after the previous 2 lines of WFC figures

Does that mean Masterpiece are going to get the same treatment?
